Resurrection & Life
“God is bringing man back, his own flesh and his own bone, bringing him back to rule and reign, Amen.”

Words of Rose are Bolded
This teaching clearly shows the power of the resurrection, and the Life.
Without Christ and the sending of His Spirit, the Holy Ghost, man does not have true life
Or the promises of God granted to all who know him.
These are just some things that I hope will increase our faith to believe the Word of God. Because if we don’t believe the whole Word of God, we can’t come in. You have to know in your heart that everything this Book says is true. And you have to realize that the Word of God came to the men of old, prophesied of the things to come to pass in the latter days. And God had sealed the prophecies until the end time, didn’t he? The Scripture says that they desire to look in, but their eyes were blinded until the time of reformation, or until the time that they were reformed. Now that is a little different than you learned it, isn’t it? But that is what the Lord said.
It is like the word ‘charity’, when I cried out to know the meaning of charity, when he just got through speaking about love. And then he comes up with charity – he that hath not charity is like sounding brass and a tinkling symbol and so on and so forth. So I asked him what it meant. And the Spirit spoke to me, “It is love in action.” You see that goes a step farther, when you don’t just say, “Well, be clothed and fed” and let him out the door hungry.
The resurrection, we kind of have been leaving it out of the picture, we haven’t talked much on the resurrection. It is not named in the Old Testament. You aren’t surprised at that are you? Then what was their hope? Did you ever think of that? You think on that a minute. It is not even named in the Old Testament. The word isn’t even in the Old Testament. Did you know that? How many knew that? I searched and I couldn’t find it. Does any one have a Strong’s Concordance here? All right. Look it up. The first reference is in Matthew, the twenty-seventh chapter. This is teaching, right? This is some things we need to know. What was their hope? I don’t know that I can answer it perfectly. What about Adam and all of those up until the law of Moses?
The references are in Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts, Romans, Corinthians, Philippians, Titus, Hebrews, Peter, and Revelation. Now if you know your books of the Bible, you know that none of them are in the Old Testament. Yet the New Testament is just full about the resurrection. That kind of throws new light on some things doesn’t it? But there are many instances where people were raised from the dead in the Old Testament. Many. And when Jesus – Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead before he had died and was resurrected, just before. Just before. The next thing he did was to die himself. He raised him from the dead as a type and shadow of his own resurrection that was going to take place that the people might believe when he was raised from the dead. But of course they were entirely different, weren’t they? Both of the resurrections were entirely different. Weren’t they? Because Lazarus was raised a natural body like ours. He was just raised from the dead like they had done all through the Old Testament, because Christ came to fulfill the law. Didn’t he? That is what the Bible says.
You know this Bible will just blow your mind, how we think we know it and we don’t know it as we ought to know it. So Lazarus was raised a natural body just like he died with. It was just quickened, and of course he had to die again sometime, I presume, because it didn’t say he had a glorified body. But Jesus was raised – his body was changed like he wants to change our bodies. And that is no trick for God. It is in his plan, a glorified body. And Jesus said, I have power to lay down my life and take it up again.
Nobody had to resurrect Jesus Christ.
Is that the Word? He received his glory at the transfiguration. Now he said, “Restore unto me again the glory that I had from the beginning,” just before his death. But also he had received that word. We so miss what the transfiguration – do you think that God let that happen to Jesus for some little trick or some little thing that the disciples might see – Peter, James and John – the transfiguration? It was a very, very important stage in his life when he was seen with his body of light. Now wasn’t it? And when the Father spoke audibly, out loud to Jesus and to the disciples, and told them to hear him. In other words there was no other anything anywhere. And that is when the heavens were opened unto the Lord Jesus Christ. Now that was another work that was done in his life.
And there also must be that work done in us.
We must be transfigured to where the
heavens are opened unto us.
And we know at his baptism, he said the heavens were open unto him, but he still was a flesh man. Oh, I’m getting to where I hope you are understanding what I am saying. When he was baptized, he still had to be baptized to fulfill the law, didn’t he? But he was still a flesh man, and yet the Holy Ghost came upon him as a dove and sat upon him and the Father had spoken at that time, but he was still a natural man. Yet the heavens were opened, in other words, to him to the extent to where he would do nothing except the Father would tell him. So I feel that we are walking in that now to where I know that I don’t even plan anything. And you’ve been around long enough, most of you with me, to know that I am here and there and everywhere, right by the Spirit, right on the second, everywhere.
It is because the Spirit is so leading.
Now we have to come into these realms
before we can go on into the transfiguration,
which will happen. It is another work
in the Spirit. But it will happen.
And that is when the full knowledge, you see. That’s when he received the power to lay his life down and take it up again, was at that time, at the transfiguration. And his body was changed.
Matthew 27:46-53
This is when he was hanging on the cross and he was just about ready to give up the ghost and he said My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
I imagine it was pretty dark about that time, when he knew his life was leaving him. But you see, during that time was when he received that full power to take his life up again. He knew that was coming. God had to cast everything away from him. He just stepped out – it was faith. It was a faith just as much as anything that we do in the faith. Amen. But also he knew the plan of God because it was before he was ever crucified that he said, “I have power to lay down my life and take it again.” Now either he was telling an awful big story and then we have to throw the whole Book away or else he was speaking the truth. This is so far from the natural mind that you are going to have to really search into the Spirit or you will miss what the Lord is saying here when he says why hast thou forsaken me? Some of them that stood there, when they heard that, said, This man calleth for Elias. And straightway one of them ran, and took a spunge, and filled it with vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink. They wanted to hear some more, didn’t they? They wanted to revive him. The rest said, Let be, let us see whether Elias will come to save him. Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. And there is all kinds of cross references, but we won’t get into that, where Isaiah says almost the same thing. And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; And the graves were opened; Now here is something we have to talk on a minute, And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. Now I have heard preachers get up and preach it over and over again that that resurrection had happened at the same time the veil was rent. It is not so. Read it again. And came out of the graves after his resurrection, It didn’t happen when he died. Now is that clear in the Scriptures? I want you to read it for yourselves. and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. Now, there was a purpose in that. Christ said he was the first fruits of the resurrection. Now had they been resurrected before…. Now I don’t believe that these people here ever died again because they were part of the first resurrection. They are back with the Lord in the Spirit and will appear in their glorified bodies just like he does anytime he feels like it.
They would have to come afterwards because he had to take the keys away from Satan first. He took the keys of death, hell and the grave.
Right, just so we get our thinking straight. Then all of these keys will open all the mysteries of the kingdom. So I really didn’t understand that until today. I thought it was strange because the rocks were rent and everything and they should be resurrected when Christ is the resurrection and the life, and he was dead. And he laid in the grave for three days and his spirit went. Then he came back and picked up his body. And when he did, he brought some others with him. Don’t you think they were with the Lord, in the spirit world? And I think there were many of them resurrected and we will be surprised when we see them when they appear. There are many things I could say that I think, but I have to stick to what the Word says.
I believe many (bodies of the saints which arose) – perhaps the chosen ones that received their glorified bodies at the time because it only says that they were seen by many in the city. It doesn’t give a record of what actually happened to them. They were just seen. But perhaps they are some of the ministering spirits too, of the many witnesses and things.
Blessed are they who have believed and not seen. But I know he has appeared to many. And he showed me his hands as plain as I am looking at this glass. And at different times he has appeared. But that was really – he showed me because I was crying out to see what the glorified flesh really was. And he done like this just from here to here with his robe hanging down here, and his hands just like I am looking at mine. And it just shocked me to see how beautiful that flesh is. It is not like our flesh. His hands are absolutely beautiful. But the flesh is so entirely different. It is like pink, soft, you can’t express it. There is no way I could – because you have never seen it in the natural. The rest of him was there but he only let me see his hands because that was what I was asking for, to see the glorified flesh. And I wondered what it was going to be like. So I know that he could have shown me his whole (body). I have seen him many times like the night that he went up above, the night when my body was changed and I saw the beads hanging but no body. That is a strange feeling, too. So I know that he will do as he wants to do.
Now feel free to ask questions and we will see what we can do here with the Scriptures. We want to learn. There are so many mysteries, and they are so simple. Most everything is so simple if we could just accept it.
John 11:10-26
But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him. That is talking about being a light of the world. These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep. What the Lord wanted us to know really what happened at the resurrection of Lazarus. Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well. Howbeit Jesus spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep. Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead. And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; That is when they see him raise him from the dead. nevertheless let us go unto him. Then said Thomas, which is called Didymus, unto his fellowdisciples, Let us also go, that we may die with him. Speaking of Christ, thinking he was going to be killed, because he just got through telling them in the chapter before. Then when Jesus came, he found that he had lain in the grave four days already. Now Bethany was nigh unto Jerusalem, about fifteen furlongs off: And many of the Jews came to Martha and Mary, to comfort them concerning their brother. Now we have heard this, so it probably is not interesting, but hang on. Then Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met him: but Mary sat still in the house. Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died. But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee. Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again. Aren’t we all just putting things off when God said right out plain? See, we want to put all this stuff off another thousand years or so on and so forth, everything we have been taught. Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, What are you looking for the last day for? How plain. and the life: The very life that was in Lazarus, the very life that is in you. I am the resurrection and the life. That is why I could receive when he said you are living because I live. The life that you have is my life in you. It is a supernatural life. It is not because my heart pumps and because I eat three squares (meals) a day, but it is because his life lives in me. he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Do you believe this, he is saying to her. Believest thou this? Now pray tell me, if you can’t believe this, then tell me what is he talking about. I’d be anxious to hear some comments. I would really like to have a clear answer that tells me that Jesus didn’t mean what he said. I mean it. Come on, let’s talk about it. Right? Now that was two thousand years ago. And everybody has been saying the same thing. “You’ve got to die. You’ve got to die and be buried and you come alive at the resurrection.”
Jesus said I am the resurrection.
Well, if Jesus Christ is living in me
and his life is keeping me,
and they can’t kill Jesus Christ,
well, then what in the world is He saying?
We don’t believe he is in there.
That is what is the matter. We don’t believe that he really is the resurrection. The resurrection lives in here. Power over all death, not because of who we are, but because of the work that he did for us. Amen. Well, some are going to believe it. Let’s read that last one again. And whosoever liveth Not the dead. whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Then he said, do you believe this? Believest thou this? I am saying to you, believest thou this?
It was a fact. It was appointed unto man once to die and after that the judgment, until the work that Christ did. Under the law, absolutely it was appointed. And it is appointed unto everyone that has sin in their life to die except they be forgiven for that sin and clean their lives up and get rid of all of this Adam nature which is the curse.
But there are going to be some
that are going to clean their lives up
in such a manner that they can lay their life down,
but Satan cannot take their life,
because that’s what Jesus died for – that he might take
the keys of hell, death and the grave from Satan
which was the curse. Somebody has got to teach this message. Right? Otherwise pray tell me, what’s he saying? Do you think he lied? Now if God hasn’t given them the revelation of it, of course they are going to (die). I heard Pat Robertson teaching the other day and I thought he was sure going to come across and teach it and he turned right around and denied everything he had been reading. And it made me sick. I just walked over and turned it off, because I love Pat, but I just couldn’t hear, I couldn’t stand it to see, because he got so close to the truth and then like a curtain came down and he angled off to the left instead of going on through.
There are too many of these scriptures. And I could care less if I live or die, but we must accept the Word of God as it is written. Don’t we? So there is one you better hang on to (John) 11:26. And you better get an answer for it. If it is not the truth then tell me, what was he talking about? Let’s just button it up one way or another. When he says:
I am the resurrection, and the life:
he that believeth in me, though he were dead,
yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and
believeth in me shall never die.
Believest thou this?
But he also gives the key to what we must do to get rid of the root of sin in our life – which is the curse – through the spirit and through the work that Jesus has done. Sure, most of the world is going to die. You ain’t a kidding. But there are some who will never taste of death, because the Scripture is very plain on it.
If you believe in Christ, even though you die yet you will live at the resurrection. Does that satisfy you? In other words, there is a resurrection for the believers that die. Then he goes a step farther and he says, And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. We don’t have to go that route.
It is just as plain as anything can be, but if you don’t see it don’t condemn yourself. Maybe you have got to go the way of the grave, and that isn’t all bad. You know. Thank God the way has been made to eternal life if you live or die. Amen.
John 11:33
When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews also weeping which came with her, he groaned in the spirit, and was troubled, You know why? Of their unbelief after what he just said. He just groaned to think, O my God, isn’t anybody going to hear? Do you think he groans now once in awhile? When the same Word is right here, our Word right here, his letters written to us.
John 11:40-44
Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. And I knew that thou hearest me always: How many know that, that he always hears you? Really to know that he always hears you? Now he fills the whole earth like he did the waters of the Spirit covering the waters before the earth was formed. You don’t have to holler at him or you don’t have to seek after him. He said you seek me you will find me, sure with your heart. You have to realize and understand and have an understanding of faith. And sometimes we have to seek him to understand that for ourselves, but that doesn’t mean that he is way off. And just like he said, you call and I will answer. He said, they call unto me and the heavens will be brass because he won’t hear. The heavens are the spirit. Amen. And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou Father. hast sent me. And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.
We are back to first grade again, but we are learning something out of it, aren’t we?
I imagine that he felt like just walking off and say forget it, just in almost despair, groaned within himself. And when we hear the same Word over and over and over and over again about life, and the Lord moves on me at home with such an anointing and such power to give these messages out, and I must teach them. And it has been over and over and over and yet we have to learn them over every week. Or we let them slip, you see, the Word of God.
John 12:23-50
And Jesus answered them, saying, The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. All right. Here is another thing that he is saying that says the same thing. He said I will die. I have to fall into the ground and die that I might bring forth many after my own kind with a glorified body. Now he wasn’t talking about the resurrection especially here because that had already been established. He that loveth his life shall lose it; If you love your life so much that you want to live it your own way, you will sure lose it. But if you give your life completely and totally to the Lord and do what he wants you to do and be willing to give up that what he takes away from you, then you will live forever. and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: All right, now where is he? In the spirit, in a glorified body. He can appear and disappear or whatever he wants to be. If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: Now if that is a mystery to you, it shouldn’t be. He wants a people that will be exactly like he is now, in his glorified state. if any man serve me, him will my Father honour. Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: He was facing the cross. but for this cause came I unto this hour. That he might be a firstfruits of many brethren. Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again. The people therefore, that stood by, and heard it, said that it thundered: others said, An angel spake to him. Jesus answered and said, This voice came not because of me, but for your sakes. That you might come out of this and believe. Amen. Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out. Now, it didn’t happen that day, did it, that the prince of this world was cast out which is Satan? But the way was made. He knew that his death and his resurrection and the guy that had the power over death would be taken out: that the way was made. And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. This he said, signifying what death he should die. The work has already been done. You see we lift Christ up – well, we are supposed to lift him up of course, but he was speaking of his death here, being crucified. The people answered him, We have heard out of the law that Christ abideth for ever: and how sayest thou, The Son of man must be lifted up? who is this Son of man? Think of it. Sitting right there and saying I am the resurrection. I am the life. You wonder why he groaned. Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth. While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light.
What’s the children of light?
The children of the kingdom
are the children of light.
These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them. He just had all he could take, didn’t he? He went and just hid himself. Enough of their unbelief and so on and so forth. But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him: Do you see why he hid? Do you think he hides sometimes from us? When he gives us the Word and everything and the anointing of the Spirit and the spirit of revelation and tells us so plainly in his Word what he came to do. You don’t think he just came for the resurrection do you? He came to break the curse and restore to man what Adam had thrown away, giving it to Satan. That is what he came to restore, all things, not just some things. He came to restore life unto man that he would not have to die because death is the curse and the curse is sin. Right? Jesus didn’t look back just as far as the beginning of the law. He looked back clear unto Adam, what Adam and Eve had thrown away by disobeying and letting the curse come upon all men. That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed? Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again, He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see He said God did this. with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, You know what converted means, to change around or change your belief. and I should heal them. These things said Esaias, when he saw his glory, and spake of him. He had a vision of the glory of Christ. Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; Now look, but because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue: What’s your excuse for not believing the message? Are you afraid people won’t understand and they’ll just call you a heretic or something? Is that why? Afraid they might take your life, or try to, if we stand for truth? For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God. Boy, this old flesh is a tricky bugger, isn’t it? Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me. And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me. Which is the Father. I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. Now these people that couldn’t see this back in the former days because it was not given to them. Their eyes were darkened and their ears were closed. But now the revelation of Jesus Christ is coming forth. For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.
Now look. They knew there was a resurrection although the word is not in the Bible (the Old Testament). They knew there was going to be a change. They knew it by the Spirit of God.
Job 19:25-26
For I know that my redeemer liveth, Looking forward to Christ, long before Christ was born. and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth: Isn’t he? In man. Amen. Well he is, isn’t he? Amen. And though after my skin worms destroy this flesh body, yet in my flesh A new flesh, even though the worms had destroyed this natural flesh body. yet in my flesh shall I see God: This sounds like a riddle almost if you didn’t understand it, doesn’t it? Even though the flesh would be destroyed, his natural flesh. The skin worms destroy his natural flesh. Now he had been dead long, so he is probably nothing but powder probably. Yet he knew that in his flesh, at the resurrection, he would see God. On the earth, that he would see him – on the earth, not off somewhere. He is talking about a glorified body. Yes, absolutely, absolutely, that he would receive a glorified body, a body not made with hands: in the heavens, amen or in the spirit, reserved. That’s what the Bible says, for those that have to go by the way of death.
Jesus came back, when they said you are a spirit. He said a spirit hath not flesh and bone. Put your fingers in those holes where I was crucified. Thrust your hand in my side. Then he said now, do you have something to eat? And he ate with them. Do you see what he is saying? We are not going to be just spirit. It will be a body that is changed where there are no limitations to it. That’s the inheritance. That is what the inheritance is that the Lord speaks of.
It’s a full redemption. That’s the redemption, even the full redemption, the redemption of our bodies.
It doesn’t say the resurrection of the body. It says the redemption of the body. Amen.
How did Job know that? How did he know that God was charging him? How did he know that God was testing him? By the spirit. How did Abraham know that he was to go out and search for another country? By the spirit. Same God – faith. Amen. And God spoke to them. He had prophets in the land.
I believe that he (Job) was raised up and walked the walk that he walked in the power of the Lord in order – and you remember Christ was with them back then, too, you know, just like he is now with us. But he had to abide under that law, at that time, the dispensation that they lived in. But I believe that he was raised up for that purpose so we would know and understand how Satan can’t touch us except God allow it. And he fulfilled the blessing of God, such a greater blessing, even though he had taken everything from him, and not to get discouraged every time some little thing happens to you, or you come even close to death, but to know that you might be a testimony to others.
We don’t know what is going on around us, like when he said some of us entertain strangers unaware, remember the angels. Well, ‘angel’ is messenger. You’ve heard through the years of many people that have appeared, and ridden and got in the car. Do you remember brother Klems, when that angel got in the car with him when he was leaving a meeting someplace. And he looked over and there was a man sitting next to him with a brown coat and a brown hat. And he said it scared him almost to death. He said I actually pinched myself to see if I had gone to sleep at the wheel. So the angel said to him, or the man, whoever it was – maybe it was John, maybe it was Paul, maybe it was Elijah, who knows? Because they have glorified bodies. The angel said to him, when he pinched himself, he said you don’t need to pinch yourself. I am real. You are not asleep. We know this man very well, brother Klems. He said he doesn’t remember driving the car from then on. I forget how many miles, 25 miles I’ll say or so. He drove, and this man was talking to him about his ministry all of the way, and talked just like anybody else. He said I’ve come and I have a message to you from the Father. He wants to encourage you and tell you what you are going to do and all of this and that. The reason he knows how far it was because he became conscious of the sign that said ‘City so and so’ – what city it was – and then the angel just disappeared. But he rode with him all of those miles and talked with him. He said somehow that angel had control of the car, but he was sitting in the driver’s seat and took him all the way there. So who knows who it was?
And I know that at least three times that brother Parsons had visitors come in his car and sit when he was driving. He even air-conditioned his car through the desert. As long as the angel was in the car, the car was air-conditioned. We know these things, people that I have much confidence in, that are honest, sincere ministers, and many others, and many others, and many others that have had visitations from the Lord. So when he says that some have entertained angels unaware, or messengers or visitors. Angel means the same thing. It is in Greek. It doesn’t mean just angels, somebody with wings and white robes. Amen. They can be visitors. ‘Messengers’ is really what it means.
This is the hour. This is the time because the revealing, the seals are opened. Amen.
I’ve seen multitudes, multitudes of angels, I mean until you couldn’t count them. And they were hovering over me. Just faces is all you could see. The first ones you could see were in this angle like this, and like this, going out this way, the multitude. Just like a shaft almost, of angels all around me, just multitudes of them. It was just a glorious, glorious experience, the presence of the Lord. It would almost take your breath away. They are real, believe me.
Romans 5:21-6:23
That as sin hath reigned unto death, In other words, death is sin and sin has reigned unto death. Do you get what it is saying? Sin is the cause of death and it has been reigning for a long time, since the first beginning when Adam sinned. Sin has reigned unto death. even so might grace reign This free gift of God which is life. through righteousness That’s the only way you are coming into it, through righteousness. unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord. Now the next chapter, we are going right on. What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? Or increase. God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Let’s read two again because it is very precious. God forbid. That we should sin or increase in sin. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? All right. Boy, I don’t know if I can put this into the words that I want to put it into. We were baptized into the same thing he was baptized in death. As we accept him and are baptized, we are baptized into his death also. We’ve died just like he died, as far as God is concerned. Now just hang on. Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: The work has been done. that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. Don’t be looking for death, be looking for life. Did you get that? Well, let’s do it again. Verse three, because this is very important. Know ye not, He says don’t you know? that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? The same as he did, buried alive with him in the water when we were baptized, when we accepted the fullness of his Spirit and so on and so forth. That he could set others free from death. Therefore we are buried with him He says we are, if we’ll accept it by faith. we are buried with him by baptism into death: That is, we partook of his death also because he was killed and buried, so were we killed and buried. He did the work that we wouldn’t have to be. that like as Christ Just like Christ. was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. Like he did in a resurrected body. That is what he wants. If you want it any plainer than that I don’t know where to find it. And they have always likened it unto, “Well you have got to die anyhow.” But that isn’t what he is saying. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: What did he come like in his resurrection? See, it doesn’t say that we’re going to be…, oh boy, let’s read it again. You have got to get a hold of this. For if we have been planted together With Christ. in the likeness of his death, If we have died with him by the work he did in the spirit. we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: And what was his resurrection like? He came forth in a glorified sinless body that could not die again. Are you seeing it or not? Are you really seeing it? Just like he was planted in death so are we, a part of him, for the work that he has done.
Christ took us with him that were predestined from the foundation of the world. For if we have been planted together All of us with Christ. in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: You can’t separate the one from the other. It is so stupid that we can’t see. Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, Right, this old sinful Adam nature is crucified. The work was done that it might be destroyed that we could have life. that the body of sin might be destroyed, When that is gone, you have nothing but life left. that henceforth we should not serve sin. Now when you get to that place where you won’t serve sin, I guarantee you, you are going to change. The work has already been done. Amen. For he that is dead is freed from sin. Now you go dig that old man up out there in the grave – he doesn’t know what it is all about. He is buried. He is dead and he isn’t going to sin. He said that’s the way we are if we will believe the Lord Jesus Christ for what he has done. We should be freed from sin. For he that is dead is freed from sin. And he says you just been buried with me, you’ve been resurrected with me. He said now you are dead. You don’t serve sin anymore.
If you believe this you will live forever. Amen. You don’t have to die. Now the reason we have to teach this is because it is the Word of God and somebody has got to teach the Word of God and set the world free. Amen. The truth has to come out about the Word of God, the revelation of Jesus Christ. This is a revelation. He didn’t just die for the resurrection for crying out loud. He died that a people might live and be freed from the curse of death. That is what he died for. Amen. He promised that all the way through the ages: that man would be brought back into that estate, of life. Like he created man in the beginning. He didn’t create Adam to die, but it was man’s choice. He didn’t create us to die, because this is the generation when it can take place. And it is going to take place because he will have some that will believe. Amen. And he knows the exact number and they are going to walk with him. And they are going to believe his word. For he that is dead is freed from sin. That is for sure. Now if you are dead to sin, how are you going to sin anymore? Do you see what I mean? Now if we be dead with Christ, That is pretty plain, isn’t it? we believe that we shall also live with him: Now, not at the resurrection. We are already dead, he said. Is that the Word of God? Is it? If you want to make something else out of it, it’s all right with me. Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. And over you and over me. How about that? Are you going to believe it? Or do you think the Book is a lie? If it is we better throw it away and read the Ladies Home Journal or something. That is what the Book says. For in that he died, he died unto sin once: He destroyed this old sin nature. but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Let not sin therefore Rule or, reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. Because if you do it will bring death. Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, As though you are resurrected from the dead. Amen. and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. Isn’t it beautiful? For sin shall not have dominion over you: The way was made if you really want to serve God, you can. for ye are not under the law, but under grace. The way is made. What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; If you serve sin then you get the results of sin, death. If you serve God, then you get the results of that, you get life. whether of sin unto death, There it says it, doesn’t it? or of obedience unto righteousness? And if you are righteous, you cannot die because that old thing was nailed to the cross with Christ – that Adam nature. But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. It’s a new thing. Amen. Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness. I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: The weakness of your flesh. for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness In times past. and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness. Righteousness brings holiness. God looks on you as holy. For when ye were You see, we can’t do anything about it anyhow. It’s all in the work that God ordained that would come to pass through his Son, Jesus Christ. And you can’t make yourself good enough no matter how you try. It has to be done as you yield yourself to God in all things. If he tells you to go do what, do it. If he tells you not to do something, then don’t do it. It is counted unto you for righteousness and holiness. For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness. You don’t have any righteousness if you are out there sinning. And these doctors that say you have to sin a little every day, that’s not the truth. That’s a lie of the Scriptures. It’s a lie. Don’t get caught up in that. You better plug your ears if somebody starts telling you that because it will take you to death and to hell, too, along with it. What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? In sin. for the end of those things What? Sin. is death. Is that what it said? Not life. Let’s do that one again. for the end of those things These sins. is death. The end of sin is death. But now being made free from sin, Through the work that Christ did. and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death; Doesn’t it say so? That’s what sin is, is death. but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
I hope I am not giving you so much that you can’t receive it. I want you to receive it. The Lord just poured this out on me this morning. You people have to know. The time is closing in. You have to know who you are. You have to know what he is doing in the earth. He would not let up on me. I didn’t want to do this today, but he just poured it on me by his Spirit, that we have to know. We have to come in.
Romans 5:12-18
Wherefore, as by one man Adam. Now we know all of these scriptures, but let’s get our eyes open to what he is saying, really saying. We know them after the carnal mind, but he wants us to know them after the spirit. Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; That is how death got here. Right? Is that the truth? and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: Now just hold on. (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law. In other words, the word imputed means that it was not charged to their account. So up until Moses, sin was not what we call sin. Now that is a strange one isn’t it? So what about Adam and all of them up to the time of the law? Does anybody know anything about that? Let’s read it again. (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law. Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, Even though he didn’t count it as a curse on them, yet they still died up until the law was given. Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam’s transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come. Christ. He took all the sin of man. The first Adam and the second Adam, do you remember? But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. Of life. For if through the offence of one Through Adam’s fall. many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. Life, the curse of death being taken away, from Adam. Now it is just so plain that actually it’s a disgrace if we can’t see it. But not as the offence, Which Adam committed. so also is the free gift. Just like the offense, death came, and he gave the free gift that we might have life. It is just that simple. You can take a hold of life or you can take a hold of death whichever you please. Because it is a free gift. For if through the offence of one Adam. many be dead, Because of the curse. much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. He doesn’t say to all, does he? Many. He doesn’t say the whole world, but to many that is going to hear. Amen. The gift of life. And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: You see, he looks at it as a whole. for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification. For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more He is talking about death. He isn’t talking about eternal judgment, hell or anything else. He is talking about death. For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; Death reigned. It is still reigning. Amen. much more they which receive abundance the abundance. of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) If that isn’t a mouthful. Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; But you see, sure we were condemned, but Christ made the way, and we have found the way, the key of knowing how to live righteously and through the work and through faith of what Jesus has done we can put that curse down because it is broken. It is broken. even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. His justification, him making us justified before the Father, then we can live. We don’t even have to die. Amen.
God is very serious about this message today. You better get it in your heart. He might take some of us out. He has been preaching this for four years. And some haven’t got on the first step.
If you love God you are going to want to hear his truth. We better learn to respect and honor this Word and believe it.
I Corinthians 15:23-27
But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming. And we know where he is coming. He has come here. Right? Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. Now he is talking about that many membered manifested body of Jesus Christ, a body of people. He is not talking about Christ alone. Amen. But he has given man the power and the authority to take over where he left off and to fulfill all things. We are the ones through his power and through his spirit that are to bring forth righteousness in the earth. Now we have learned that, haven’t we? The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. Amen, and we are in the last days. You see we look like we are living right in this age right now, so we think this is the only important age, but people have been dying and dying and dying and dying until that is all they look for. They know if they are going to be born, they are going to die. And that is all they have been taught. But he says there is coming a time when the end of death is. Amen. For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith, all things are put under him, Now at the time this was written, man was still dying, wasn’t he? But there had to be a time. all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. He is excepted by God, this plan by God who has put all things under his power, the power of Jesus Christ to do this.
Philippians 3:9-11
Paul speaking the things that he would do to win Christ. And be found in him, In Christ. not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, And he raised himself up, do you remember? That we might know that we have that power also to even raise ourselves up if need be through faith in the Son of God. Amen. and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; Through suffering, it took him to the way of death. Through suffering he learned obedience. And that we might also be made conformable unto his death. Do you see what he is saying? We don’t have to die, but we might be brought into that image. Amen. If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. Amen, even to obtain that. Amen.
Philippians 2:5-6
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: That we might know, that we might have faith. He was a man. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: Now, he said let us make man after our image and after our likeness. Now Jesus came as a man, and he is giving a pattern for a people. He said let this mind be in you, know who you are, that you are a Son of God, made in the likeness of God Almighty.
We have to know who we are. Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: Well if you are manifested Sons of God in the body of Christ, and making Sons like unto his own image, which he made Adam in the beginning, and Adam fell, well then what is he saying? He is going to put men and women back to rule as he intended Adam to do in the beginning, to rule and reign on this earth and to be over the works of his hands. Amen.
Philippians 3:20-21
For our conversation is in heaven; Or in the spirit. from whence also we look for the Saviour, Where do you look for him? Are you looking with your natural eyes after the flesh and looking for him up here, or are you looking for him in heaven, in the spirit? How does he come – visibly or by the spirit? Now tell me in this day. By the spirit. Now let’s read it with that in mind. For our conversation It isn’t in heaven. We aren’t up there where they say heaven is. It is in the spirit. For our conversation is in the spirit; from whence also we look for the Saviour the Lord Jesus Christ: Now if you know how to attain to it any other way, you tell me. Then by the spirit. I just want to get some answers here. For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour the Lord Jesus Christ: Now if you are looking for the fly-away theory which they have been teaching and not knowing what this meant which I taught for fifteen years not knowing any different, then that’s all right. You go right ahead because you are not going anywhere anyhow. Who shall change our vile body, This sinful flesh, this flesh body, this curse of sin on it. that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, Now he is saying let this mind be in you. Think like Christ is thinking. Get your eyes open. according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. That sinful nature. Let’s read it again. For our conversation is in heaven; or in the spirit. from whence also How do you reach God? Do you reach him by looking up into heaven or do you reach him by the spirit? Do you talk to Christ by the spirit? Does he talk to you in the spirit? Know what the heavens are. We taught on that one time, the first heaven, the second heaven, the firmament and all of that. Amen. And it is very plain in the scriptures to know what heaven is and where it is. For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour the Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. And only Christ can do this as we submit ourself. He is not going to do it against your will.
Hebrews 11:1-13
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. That’s what faith is. It is a substance of things that we hope for. It is a real substance. Now a substance is something you can handle, like glass is something – it is a substance I can handle it, but water in it I can drink. Faith also is a creator. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Now you can’t see this with your natural eye, can you? What I am talking about. So you have to take the Word of what the Lord did, the record of what he did, what the Father has done, you have to take those records and by faith you have to receive, because it is a substance, and if you don’t have faith to believe it, it will not come to pass. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. By faith. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, Just think, he had to have faith. so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. And you know when Jesus said, if you say unto this mountain, be ye cast out into the sea; now you see, people have said, oh well, that’s a mountain, a big experience, a bad thing. They have taken away from the truth. Jesus said a mountain be cast into the sea. He meant that. That is why he gave examples like walking down the road and seeing a fig tree and he just cursed it and it died and blew the apostles’ minds. so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. So this very ground that we are sitting on here was created by the faith of God, through faith by the Lord Jesus Christ, which he says he is the Word, he is the Creator, and all of that. But it is very substantial isn’t it, this ground? And I imagine a mountain, if you see that baby lift and fly over into the sea, you’d be kind of – open your eyes wouldn’t it? But he said that very thing. It is a lack of faith that we do not receive what we are supposed to receive. How do you think Elijah called fire down? By faith. All of these things, and he is giving us examples, as we all know, in the eleventh chapter of people of great faith because they believed God when he said something. By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, Why? Because of faith. God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh. The testimony of Abel is still speaking to us. By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; Now even if you just had faith, if there wasn’t a Word of God, if you just had faith in God that you were going to live, you could live. Because he said you can ask anything believing in your heart and doubt not and you shall have it. Now if you didn’t have the Word, this Word right here, if you just believed, do you see? Do you believe that? I do. When the doctors all said, “You are going to die. There is nothing we can do for you. The damage is beyond repair, and there is no surgery or anything known. We couldn’t put a pacemaker in you because of your heart condition, it would kill you instantly.” And I grinned at them, because I knew in my heart that I could not die because I hung onto the Word of God that God had given me and I believed it. So that created life. It created health. Amen. And I got faith. I go down to the cottage and I work like I did when I was twenty. Amen, all day long, a running and a going, because it is not my life, but it is his life that liveth in me. We need to have faith. By faith Enoch was translated That was done by faith, not by any special thing but by faith. The Bible says so. was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: Because he had faith. for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. You have to please God first with your life or your faith will blow up in your face, amen. But without faith it is impossible to please him: Now think of it. I think we better work on faith, don’t you? And faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Now if you are just praying to a tree, that isn’t going to help you, but if you are praying to Almighty God and the Savior, then you will see something happen. By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, Now this was old Noah building the ark for 100 years moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith. Even back then, because he believed God. By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, Did you know he hasn’t come into that inheritance yet? obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. Now he will come back in a glorified body too, that city not made with hands, amen. By faith he sojourned Or lived. in the land of promise, as in a strange country, You get to believing in faith and you are going to be in a strange land and a strange country. Right? It is strange isn’t it? Well, you really have to depend on faith. It is a strange country, believe me. dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: for he looked for a city which hath foundations, That city of twelve foundations, Jesus Christ, the chief cornerstone. whose builder and maker is God. He’s building this city, amen, this habitation of God for his glory. Is that what the Word says? Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised. Because she knew that God had promised her, and he would have to bring it to pass. I hate to use myself as an example, but I knew that God when he had spoken to me was truth and it would come to pass and no one could stop it, but I knew it in my heart. That is more than knowing it in your head. Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, Which was Abraham. so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable. These all died in faith, Because it was not time for this to come to pass. They died in faith knowing that there was a city of God, amen, a habitation of God through the Spirit. not having received the promises, They died, but they stood in where God told them to stand. but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, And believed on them. Amen. and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. Now when you get that kind of faith, although we don’t see this in all the evidence that we’d like to see, we believe it.
We know it. I know it in my heart
that God is bringing forth a people in righteousness
by his work, not by our work, but by his work
because it is his plan. Amen.
These all died in faith, Not in discouragement because they didn’t receive it, but they preached it and claimed it. not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, They had to go through that that we might have these promises brought to us. were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.
Hebrews 11:16
But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: A spiritual place. wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city. Amen, a habitation in the Spirit where there is no death, where there is no sorrow, where there is no tears, amen, or any such things, where the glory of God is the light of it. Amen.
Genesis 50:24-25
This is why this could be written in the book of Hebrews. And Joseph said unto his brethren, I die: and God will surely visit you, He says now I am going to die, but God is surely going to visit you. and bring you out of this land Of death and terror. unto the land which he sware to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. And Joseph took an oath of the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you, and ye shall carry up my bones from hence. He did not want his bones to rest in Egypt because he knew that there was a resurrection, that he was going to have a new body, otherwise what would he care about his bones? He said I want you to take me with you, take my bones with you into the Promised Land, and they did. Amen.
Exodus 3:5-10
This is to Moses. And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground. Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God. Evidently God was there at the time. And the LORD said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows; Do you think he knows your sorrows? And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites. And if I get in any more sites, I don’t know I’ll– Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel is come unto me: and I have also seen the oppression wherewith the Egyptians oppress them. Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt. Now that is a call for us. Did you know that? Amen. Now he is not talking about the world out here. He is talking about the Israelites that don’t know truth, amen, and were in bondage to Pharaoh, and to all of these nations.
Exodus 4:17
God says to him. And thou shalt take this rod in thine hand, wherewith thou shalt do signs. Do you know what our rod is? Faith. Amen, because it is impossible to please God without it. It is impossible, absolutely impossible. If we have got to see everything before we believe – that is what the Word says, isn’t it? It is impossible to please God without faith. Without faith it is impossible to please God. And thou shalt take this rod in thine hand, wherewith thou shalt do signs. And Moses had to have faith to do that, didn’t he?
Exodus 4:20-23
And Moses took his wife and his sons, He obeyed. and set them upon an ass, and he returned to the land of Egypt: and Moses took the rod of God in his hand. That little stick. And the LORD said unto Moses, When thou goest to return into Egypt, see that thou do all those wonders before Pharaoh, which I have put in thine hand: but I will harden his heart, that he shall not let the people go. And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD, Israel is my son, even my firstborn: Now what about spiritual Israel? is my son, even my firstborn: And he called Christ his firstborn, amen, his firstborn son, and we are his body. So what is it?
By faith we receive, amen,
that we are that firstborn
of the Son of God.
Amen. And that is for the whole world, the whole Christian world if they could receive it, if they would hear the message and receive it. And it is up to whoever hears the message to send it forth. Amen. Amen. It is quite a responsibility. And I say unto thee, God says. You tell them. I say unto thee, Let my son go, that he may serve me: and if thou refuse to let him go, behold, I will slay thy son, even thy firstborn. He says you tell Pharaoh that. Amen. He is giving Satan a warning. Let go of my people. Let go of my Son in these churches and everywhere. Let go of them. Amen. Lest I come and slay your son. Because remember these are types and shadows for the true.
This is the last one. Don’t be jumping up and clapping your hands. But this is what we’ve got to have. We have got to hear the Word, whether or not, we have to have it. If I don’t do it, he will send somebody else, I guess. Which is all right if he wants to, but I know I am going to obey him as long as I am here. He said when you get in the new building, you teach my Word. He didn’t say it real nice either. Because he said the people lack in faith because they have not heard the Word. You kids have set and worked like dogs from daylight till dark either on a job and then you come down here and work. You haven’t had a chance to get into the Word. You haven’t had a chance to seek God, hardly to know your wives, and he said that I must teach. So you must listen. Amen, whether you are tired or not. You must listen to the Word of God, because it will bring life to you. Amen. It will bring flesh to your bones. Amen. Praise God.
Hebrews 2:3-16
How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; God gave me this. You have to know. I didn’t search for anything this morning. God gave me this message in a very short while. I did not search for it. So if I ever knew anything I know God wants this message – you to hear this message today. How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; Or so great a Word, amen, that God has put in his Word for us to learn. which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will? For unto the angels hath he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak. But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him? Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands: And who did he set over the works of his hands? Adam. Amen.
Now he is bringing man back, that precious thing
that he has created, that precious, precious one that
is his own flesh and his own bone,
bringing him back to rule and reign. Amen.
Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. The body of Christ. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. Full authority. But now we see not yet all things put under him. But we see Jesus, That has made the way for us. who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, But you see, once you come out, you come underneath this, you are higher than the angels. You are to command them, amen, according to the Word of God. They are ministering spirits unto the heirs of salvation. Well, aren’t they? crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man. For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. For both he that cleanses or sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren, Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee. And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children Christ speaking. which God hath given me. Amen, and God has given me, as a Son of God. Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, The same as he was he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham. That man of promise, that man of faith. Amen.
Praise God. I feel ten foot tall and as big as a mountain because I know it is not me. I know it is the Christ in me. Amen.
I’m kind of wild, but you’ll get used to me after a while. Amen. God made me just the way I am, amen, to stand in the presence of God, amen, and to hear from him and just say what he tells me to say. Amen. Because God does visit me, I don’t care, amen. I thank God, and he does speak, and I listen, on my face before God. I would be ashamed and afraid almost to stand in his presence. And he reveals himself to me, and I thank God for that, that I might bring a message unto you and unto you, amen, that we might know who God is. Hallelujah.
Jesus said unto her,
I am the resurrection, and the life:
he that believeth in me, though he were dead,
yet shall he live: and whosoever liveth and believeth in me
shall never die. Believest thou this?
