God’s Plan For Man
“God has a plan to bring man back on the same level as Christ.”

God’s Plan for Man sets forth the plan to bring man back
to rule and reign with Christ on this earth.
Jesus died for us for the forgiveness of sins and to bring us to that perfect place: that we would have his same promise and not have to die to receive it; to rule this earth in righteousness for our Father, in his perfected state as Sons.
Rose sings “Rock of Ages.”
Amen. Amen. Thank you, Lord, for the blood that saves us. We worship you, Lord. We adore you, Lord. We love you, Lord. Hallelujah, Lord, that you called us to know thee. For the great plan of salvation, Lord, thank you. Thank you, Lord, for the redemption of our body, soul, and spirit, Lord, for the great plan of salvation, the redemption of the world, Lord. Hallelujah, that thou hast died that all men and women everywhere might be forgiven for all sin, Lord, that they might know thee in the power of thy resurrection. Hallelujah, Lord. Praise your name, Lord.
I thank you for this, Jesus, that you said the blood would never lose its power, Lord, but it will stand through the ages and ages and ages, Lord. Thy blood is sufficient for salvation of all men everywhere. I thank you for this, Lord. I thank you that you came in a flesh body, Lord, that you were willing to live on this earth among sin, Lord, and could be a pure sacrifice for our sin through thy blood. Thank you, Lord, for such a plan.
Blessed Lord, praise your name, Lord. Praise your name, Jesus. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
Through it all, the Lord has a plan that he is fulfilling. That is what we are going to talk about – man and what God’s plan is for man, and how far we have missed the mark, the world in general.
Now God is doing a work among his people, and he is not disappointed in what he is doing. He is going to fulfill everything that his Word says he will fulfill. And everyone that will accept it, God knows it in his heart and he will give them the opportunity. Now that is for sure. He will not let one that has a desire for him ever be rejected. He will never reject one. And only he knows the heart. With all of that, he stands by. Just like he is here today. Amen. And I am happy. I am really happy today in the Lord because I know that he is here, and I know that he has anointed the Word, and I know that there are things in here that he wants us to know. It will be some things different from what perhaps some of us understand. Just hang on. If you are sincere with God and honest with God, it will be revealed to you in his time, Amen.
Adam was created in the image and likeness of God. Now that is saying a whole lot. They were pure, absolutely pure and holy and set over the works of God’s hands. I want to show you how limited Adam was, but there is another group that is coming along. Amen.
Genesis 1:26-31
And God said, After God had made all the cattle, and made the earth, first. Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them First he said ‘let us make man’ and then he said ‘and let them’ because he knew that there was going to be a creation out here. have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, Now he limited it to earth, did you see this? He did not let Adam have rule over all of creation, over all the heavenlies and things. But there is a man, Christ Jesus, that we will rule and reign with, according to scripture; that will have dominion over all of the works of his hands, for Adam was limited. over all the earth, That’s as far as he could go. and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. So they had everything that was upon the earth. But that was as far as their dominion went. Then with Christ, he said that he would give us dominion over all of the works of his hands, not just the earth. So this is no wonder that he said ‘greater works than these shall ye do,’ because Christ worked on the earthly plane also, as Adam had, as a flesh man. But you notice, the minute he stepped out of that flesh what happened to him. He walked through doors. He had dominion over every thing. He appeared just anywhere out of nowhere. That was a different thing again. Here is that complete likeness of God. So there is a difference. Now I can understand why he said ‘greater works than these shall ye do for I go to my Father’.
We have not seen this yet, but it is coming, Amen, because the Word promised it. We cannot just take a portion of this. We have to take every bit of it, every bit of the Word. We have to take the whole thing. Oh, we do not have to. I mean we can go on blindly, but there is no limit to God. There is no end to God. He is forever and forever and forever. And there are things that we are just scraping the surface of, that is all – of the knowledge of God.
That little article I read about the galaxies and the black holes is just blowing scientist’s minds at the expanse out here that they cannot even begin to figure out. I can remember years ago when they thought they had it pretty well harnessed, that they knew just about how the earth was created and how man was created. Now it is blowing their minds because it is too big. The bigger the telescope, the farther they see. The more satellites they put up, the more is revealed. It is clear out of man’s hands now. I heard a Christian scientist on TV the other day, and he said that it is clear beyond anything that man can ever think. He said the true scientists know that there had to be a Creator; that this did not just happen, because it is too exact. Everything is moving exactly in its proper orbit. And everything is right on the second like the sun. You set your clock by the sundial, Amen. You see, man cannot do that because we are just flesh, but it takes a God Almighty to do these things.
So he put Adam over the works of his hands on the earth here, until disobedience came, then death and decay set in. The minute they disobeyed God, the minute they broke the commandment that the Lord told them not to eat of that fruit in the garden, the minute they went ahead and obeyed Satan when Satan tempted them, then the sentence of death was set upon them and the decay of the flesh set in that beautiful creation. And they were driven from the garden to go out and work as we do now, by the sweat of their foreheads, by the sweat of their face.
If we can see now what is happening here,
God is about to bring a people back
to have the dominion over all
of the works of his hands,
not just the earth. This is just one little speck as an example of God’s creation. And this is where it is at, right here on the earth for an example.
This is where Jesus Christ came and died and shed his blood for our salvation: not just to save, although that is his greatest concern – the salvation of souls, but that he might produce a people that would be so dedicated to God and so completely in the will of God, that God could transform them. That they would become like unto the Son of God himself, Jesus Christ: that by his Spirit he could dwell in them and completely take over this many-membered body out in the earth here, him being the head, because Christ was in God and God was in Christ. You cannot separate the two. We know there are two, but they are one, in a sense. Because they think alike. They act alike. He came in the earth to represent the Father, didn’t he? That is what he said. He says he does nothing but to please the Father.
And instead of pure water or spirit, then it became bitter and sweet. Like it says in James, bitter and sweet water should not come out of the same vessel. It should be all pure. Now Adam became a flesh man, where before he was a spirit man. He was made in the image and likeness of God. So we know that he was a spirit man. And when God breathed the life into him, that was the spirit of life. It was God’s own spirit in Adam. Then he gave him that commandment not to touch this thing, and he did. So then God said, now you will have to die for this. And so everyone that is born since that time, is born under the curse of Adam.
We have to be redeemed by Christ’s blood. We cannot even come in contact with God if we are not redeemed by the blood of Christ, which takes away all sin, forgives all sin. But then there is a work to do in us by the Spirit, that has to overcome all the nature of Adam in us. That has to go. All of this Adam nature must go, in order for us to come into that relationship where Adam was, even to control just the earth. Do you get what I am saying?
Then we see in the earth, (I don’t know how the earth was. It doesn’t say too much about it before Adam sinned.) But then it said that thorns and briars and thistles started growing in the earth. That was part of the curse. That is why he said he would have to till the ground by the sweat of his face. And it choked out all the good, or spirit, and death came to mankind. All of these things, while they were growing – briars and thistles and things – out here in the field, there was also bitterness and hatred and all of these bad things coming in his flesh nature. He was pure, so it was a reverse action. We are born like that, but that reverse action had to come in Adam, until he became worse instead of better, because of the curse that came upon him.
This man is again being restored into the likeness of the Father and Son through Christ’s death and resurrection. Now if he had not been resurrected, it could not have been completed. This process could not have been completed. But he started out as a flesh man, a baby, and grew into manhood, and then gave his life for the sins of the world. Then if he had just died, we could have been forgiven and that would have been the end of it. There would have been no resurrection because he was the firstfruits of them that slept. So when he was resurrected from the dead, he became the victor over death so that we would not have to die. There will be a people that will be caught up, that will be with the Lord in the spirit and they will not die. And we know that that people is alive in the earth today. We know that because we know that the timing in God is now, and according to the signs, we know that this is true; that there will be many alive to the coming of the Lord.
The process of Adam is being reversed. We were born in sin. So instead of, like Adam, coming from purity and going into sin, we are born in sin and become pure by the obedience to the Word right here, with the Spirit, after we have accepted Christ, if we walk in the knowledge of the scriptures. This is the only book we have that says anything about God. Many men have written many things about God, but that is not the Bible, Amen. Only by the Bible, the only book that was protected and cared for by God and watched over. I believe every word in this book, every one of them, Amen, because I have tried it and tried it and tried it. I have proven that the Word is truth. Amen.
We are born in sin in Adam. And as we accept Christ, or the life giving Spirit, which Adam received after he was created and God breathed life into him, Christ starts the reverse action. Through disobedience, Adam started death working in him.
And I want to tell you something else. After we are saved and baptized in the Holy Ghost, and we continue in sin, that reverse action starts again in us. If we do not repent of that sin and disobedience, then that death reverse action starts out again in us. We know some who have that working in them; who have started and then back off and run back into the world. We see that reverse action start to come in their lives, in their bodies, in their health. All sorts of things start happening to them. That is that curse that was placed upon man. It starts out again. Sin causes it.
Through Christ, we receive not only eternal life, but life. Now I have scriptures for all of this when we get into the scriptures later on. Through Christ, we receive life and the process starts to change us back to that immortal being Adam started with. Now here is the point that I want to get out. He says when this mortal puts on immortality, this mortal flesh, that is a flesh body, this mortal, we are mortal or flesh. In the scriptures it says, “This mortal will put on immortality” that is, without death. There will just be a change. There will just be a change in the flesh. It is very clear. It is all through the scriptures. You do not have to search hard to find it. It is everywhere in the scriptures. And like I said, there is a people living today that will come into this immortality in God’s timing, Amen. Through obedience to the Word that God left for us or pattern of examples from past history of men’s lives. Now we know the scriptures were given for instruction and so on and so forth and that all of these old happenings in the Old Testament by holy men of God and the wicked also, were given for examples unto us. The Word says so. If we obey the truth in the Word, and what is the Word, didn’t he say the Word is Christ?
John 1:1-5
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. Who did Jesus say he was? The light of the world. So we know what the Word is. It is Christ. And also, he is eternal life, our very life, and he wants us to know we have to come into this place to where we know what he spoke to me, “Because I live, you shall live also.” He was not talking about just this natural physical life or eternal life, but we have to become obedient to the place to where the very life that he lives inside of us is our very physical life as well. We are being changed daily in his life that is in here, just like the Spirit was in Adam. That was his life until he sinned. Now remember this is the reverse action. We are gradually coming back into that place to where that life that Adam had by the Spirit, by the breath that was breathed into him. When you look at some people and it looks like they are getting younger, it is because it is the life of Christ that is reversing the action of death in them. It is the reverse action by a plan that God has. Don’t ask me how he does it. Who knows.
I just know that the Word says that it happens, and that it is happening. And that is his plan and we cannot change it. We do not have to accept it, if we do not want to. We can be critics. But if we just accept the simple Word of God like he wanted us to, then we can come into these things.
If we accept the Word and obey the truth of the Word, which is life, we will find our way back into that perfect relationship Adam had in the beginning, where
Sin and death are destroyed.
The last enemy to be put down is death. That is scripture. That is the Word. Now if you cannot receive the Word for what it says, then there is no need of you listening, Amen. But this is the Word of God.
Now Jesus said that he died that all sin, sickness, death, and so forth could be overcome in him. He did not die for each one of those things separately. It is all in the same package. If you are saved, you have just as much right to claim a healing, victory over sin, and victory over death, and resurrection if you have died, to be resurrected in the end. That is all just one death. He did not die a half a dozen times. That was all in one package. We have just gone on and not believed the Word of God. We have a perfect right to claim healthy strong bodies, a sound mind, Amen, the mind of Christ in us. Sickness, sin, death, and resurrection: he died for those very purposes. Now if he died for that, I do not care if you know a millionaire friend and you are hungry and he says just help yourself and you do not do it, it is just the same thing here. The Lord made all these provisions for us. But if we do not obey the Word, if we do not hear the Word, then we are the losers. And that is the reason the children of Israel could not go on into Canaan. We know that. Because of disobedience.
And unbelief is the greatest sin. When God tells us something, God Almighty who would never back up on his Word. I’m trying to keep quiet, but I’m stirring inside. Because he has done so much for us and we do not accept it. The most horrible thing is for God to make bold statements – I mean he has really made some rash promises in here – and for us not to believe it and accept it. It is like throwing cold water into his face, because we cannot accept his Word. How would you feel if you just continually promised your children something and they just went on as though you had not even said a word? They would say, “Daddy, can I have this? Daddy can I have that?” You would say, “Yes, yes, I promised it to you. Yes.” But they still never hear you and they say, “Daddy can I have this? Daddy, can I have that?” Wouldn’t you soon get disgusted with them? You would feel like taking what they did have away from them.
Everything to make our way back to that relationship and beyond the relationship of Adam was in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
I Corinthians 15:12-22
Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not. For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised: And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins. Do you see that? If this is not real truth, that there would be a resurrection, and Christ did not rise; if they say like the Jews say, that he was stolen; they stole his body – and that is what they believe to this day, that he was a false Messiah – then our faith is in vain and we are still in our sins. If he did not really rise from the dead on the third day like he said he did, then we are still in our sins. We have no Savior. But we know that we have a Savior because our lives are changing and the desires that we used to have, we do not have anymore. Amen. We desire to be with God’s people. That is the one way that you can tell, when you have that desire to be with God’s people and you love God’s people. Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished. If he did not rise from the dead. If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. Even though he died for our sins, if he had not been resurrected, we would just be miserable because we do not receive enough out of this life. We are looking for the life when we will be changed and become immortal. But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. He was the first one to come back in a new body, in the heavenly body, the glorified body. Do not forget that he ate with them and drank with them. So we do not understand all of this, how a body that can take food and digest it, can walk through the walls and appear and disappear, but nevertheless it is so, because the Bible says so. He said when we look at the things that are seen, the more real things are the things that you cannot see. That is what he said, but we are so used to just these eyes that see everything, so we limit God to what we can see. How stupid we are. For since by man Adam came death, Because of his sin by man By Christ came also the resurrection of the dead. So if he had not died, we could not be restored or come into immortality: if he had not been raised from the dead. Let’s read that one again. For since by man came death, That’s how the curse came, because Adam sinned. by man Christ came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. Now do not let that scare you, because there is a death that he speaks of that is not a physical death, but it is a laying down of every desire of the flesh. That he calls death also. We have to recognize the two when we see it. Do you know what I am saying about that? There is a place where he says we have to put down every desire of the flesh. Now we cannot do it by ourselves. It is as we come to the end of ourselves and the Lord helps us to overcome these things in our lives. And by his Spirit, he can remove them, the old root of sin that is in our heart. He can take it out. We cannot. All we have to be is obedient to him, obedient to his Word, obedient to his Spirit when he talks to us, and he does the taking out, Amen, because we do not know how, because we do not see the Spirit, but the Spirit does the work.
We are really more spirit than flesh, if we only knew it. Once you become a new creation in Christ, once you have accepted Christ, he says you are a new creature, a new creation. So we are Spirit and flesh, but the more we walk with God, the more we obey the Word, the more Spirit we become and the less flesh. Now we know that is true. We do not act like we did when we first gave our hearts to the Lord. Our lives are changing all of the time. That is true as you walk with the Lord. Some turn back. We know that. A lot of times you will fall and get up and shake yourself and you bump your head a few times and then you start on your walk again. Amen. But through all of that, we are still growing. We are growing into that perfect picture that he has for this end time.
I have said many times if people would have believed the Word back there, like Elijah when he was taken up without dying, and Enoch was taken without death, because they had faith to believe. But there has not been a people like this people that is coming forth. I do not know in what form they (Enoch and Elijah) will come back – if they will come back as Sons or what; I don’t know. It is none of my business. He did not choose to tell it in the Word, and we cannot just think about what might happen. But we know that these Sons that he is raising up today, that we call Sons of God, are an entirely different breed. They are going back right into the realm of God to where they are going to be lifted right out into a many-membered body, Christ being the head of that body. Amen.
Philippians 2:5-9
When he said Let this mind be in you, He did not say do it, he said just let it be in you. We do not have to struggle for it. Just let it. Just walk in obedience. Amen. It is coming more and more and more that you do not know how you know things, but you just know things because of the Spirit; we are becoming more Spirit. The more we become Spirit beings, the more that we go back into that reverse action from Adam, the more we will have this mind of Christ. He said, Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: Of equality, think of it, with God. To be equal. He did not think there was anything wrong with that. Do you know there is a people that is coming forth, whether you believe it or whether you do not? I am going to believe it because the Word says so: to where we will be equal. Christ will be our head. But all of the desires of the flesh man must go first. I do not know when God is going to do this, but I know it is not far off. I have been assured of that. Amen. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: You know, the more you struggle with this, the less he will talk to you. Don’t you find that when you are just completely relaxed in the Lord and happy and not concerned about anything, he just talks and talks and talks. I get oh such a joy just letting him talk. He gave me the most beautiful song this morning; I just sang it and sang it and put it down on paper. I thought surely he’d let me sing it today at the Bible Study. So it’s not quite the time yet. The tune was gone.
When I speak of the body, I am speaking of all, not just this little group, but the whole body of Christ. Amen, for as many as are learning the Scriptures. Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, Now isn’t that a hard thing to never try to build a reputation for yourself? And when we can give that reputation over to the Lord and not care what others think, but to follow the Spirit, then you will really start to grow, to where we just walk to please the Lord regardless of how it looks, no matter how we act, as long as we know that we are walking in the Spirit to please the Lord. But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: That is humbling yourself. Here we are trying to get out of this flesh realm, and he willingly comes down, leaving all of his glory, and stepped right down to become a man and walk among us. Amen. And being found in fashion as a man, There is no other way that this could be done. It had to be that he had to take on the very process of us in order to redeem us. We know the blood of bulls and goats and so on and so forth could not do it. He had to take on a flesh body himself and come in the likeness of man in order to be a sacrifice for man. he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
John 5:18-27
Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God. He has a plan. God has a plan to bring man back on the same level as Christ because he is going to be the head, we the body. That is what he said, this many-membered body. Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise. Now this was before his death. Do not get confused here. This was before he came back into the full authority that he had before he left and became a flesh man. He was in the earth like we are today. This was before his death. Jesus was a flesh man like us at this time and was an example for us to overcome death by the Spirit of life. We do not have to die to come into this place – Jesus did – of full authority. He only did it at that time because he was a flesh man, although he was born of the Spirit. His Spirit was of the Father. And by the way, the blood comes from the Father and so his blood was pure. This is why he could be a pure sacrifice for sin because his Father was God. So we are walking in flesh bodies with the Spirit of God in us. If we have Christ, don’t we have the Spirit of God and the Father in us? You can’t separate the two. Then we are in that same position. It is about time that we woke up to that fact. He said he could do nothing save that what he would see the Father do. For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel. You see he did not know the end from the beginning here. This is when he knew that he did just what the Father told him to do. That was all. For as the Father raiseth up the dead, See, the Father did it. and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will. For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, It is just as plain as can be. and shall not come into condemnation; Do you know what condemnation is? We always look at that as we have done something wrong. The worst condemnation is death. That is the worst condemnation according to the scriptures. And that is the last enemy to be overcome. but is passed from death unto life. This is all in that same package that he died for. And if you can’t receive it or can’t believe it, well, praise God anyhow. I know what the Lord has spoken to me. Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live. Now he said they are dead in trespasses and in sins, too, didn’t he? So there is that kind of a life when the Spirit quickens the understanding and they receive life. For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; Well, where is that life now, pray tell me? It is in the Spirit, and we have the Spirit, don’t we? Oh, I know that this is just hurting, just hurting. But you had better get a hold of it if you are coming into immortality, Amen.
We have this life also in us if we are heirs and joint heirs with Christ.
The fullness of all things, he says, if we are joint heirs with him, over all of God’s creation, not just over the earth here. Now there is a people coming forth. I do not know how many are going to receive this, but I cannot help it, but we know that the scripture says so. And hath given him authority Didn’t he say he is not ashamed to call us brethren? We are brothers of Christ. He says that we are heirs and joint heirs with him. We are going to sit on thrones and rule and reign in the earth with him. Well then, what are we saying? What about the rest of it? Just because it has never been taught. We had better get a hold of it. It is going to happen and we are going to be sitting watching. We’re just going to be sitting. And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, Now then, he has received judgment also, where he said God judges, back here. because he is the Son of man. He is a man, because he is the Son of man. And they are the heirs. He was a man just like Adam was a man. Only his heart was pure like Adam’s was before he sinned. Only he was obedient in all things. He did not sin.
John 10:15-18
As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep. And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. There is a people that is going to be one with Christ where he will be the head, and one with the Father. Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. And this is exactly – he is asking no more of us, then that we lay down our life, whether we live or have to die, whichever, yet we completely give our life. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. Jesus said. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father. Jesus is our example. He had to lay his life down in death and overcome death that we would not have to die, that we would not have to taste of death. Well, if we will get a hold of it and receive it and start building on that, and as you read the scriptures, God will reveal that to you. These are truths that we have to get a hold of.
Ephesians 1:9-14, 17-23
Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, This is part of the mystery. according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, Now how are we going to be one? We first have to have the mind of Christ to where we come into one mind. both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: Those that have gone on to be with the Lord and those that are here. They are going to be brought in one. In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: All we have to do is be obedient and believe the Word. That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Now you were sealed, not just for salvation but for the complete work that Christ did for us. That is eternal life, resurrection, life, if we are living in that age – which we are – where we will never die, sickness, everything. We are sealed unto that. Which is the earnest Or the down payment of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. Now pray tell me, what is our inheritance? It is the promise of being filled with his glory, with the glory of the Father, Amen. To be filled with the glory, that is our inheritance. That and when you receive the glory of God, you receive all power to be manifested, complete in God, Amen. That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: Now this is not just the Spirit of wisdom and revelation that we receive for the gifts of the Spirit. He is talking about a different thing here. The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, Do you see now that it is the glory that we receive? The glory of God, that is our inheritance. Well, if you are filled with the glory of God, then he is going to completely possess you, to where you will do everything that he says, not what we want. And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Not our power. We do not have any, Amen, but according to his plan and according to his purpose and according to his calling. Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, This was completed when he raised him from the dead, if he can get some people to believe it. and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, And do you remember what he said about us? We sit together in heavenly places with him. Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, This many-membered body the fulness of him that filleth all in all.
Ephesians 2:1-10
And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; Now the process has begun once you receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost and you start to receive and obey the scriptures as he gives them. Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, Didn’t we? according to the prince of the power of the air, Which is Satan. the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) He said he has put us together. He has quickened us together with Christ. I do not know where we get the notion he is way off somewhere and we cannot realize that he is living within our hearts. That is what the Bible says, that he does not dwell in temples made with hands, but he dwells in the heart of man. That is his temple. That is his kingdom, Amen. And hath raised us up together, Christ and us together. and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: Those heavenly places are the glory and the place of authority, rulership, and all of that. Christ has obtained all of this, and he wants to give it to us if we can receive it. That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. Everything is in Christ. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
John 6:27-29
Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, Every time we see the words ‘everlasting life’, we have been so programmed in the churches that that means life after death. And that is a lot of baloney. That is a lot of baloney. I mean it. Of course, that is reality too, that we do have life after death, but there is also a life that he has promised beyond, that we live without death. If we cannot catch this – we know that we are living right in the very end time.
We know that Christ could appear at any time. And when he says ‘the dead in Christ shall rise, and those that remain shall be caught up in the air to be with him’, he is talking about right out here, Amen. They are going to rise up out of the grave, Amen. And they are not going to be off somewhere a hundred miles from here because you cannot breathe up there. He says you are going to be here in the air, right here on the earth. Amen. Your kingdom is here. You are never going anywhere but right here. Did you know that according to scripture? This is where it is. Right here. This is where he came. And the kingdom of God, the Bible says, is without observation. You cannot see it, but it is in the heart of man, Amen. That is where his kingdom is. Once you know what the city foursquare is, then you won’t have any problem with this. When you know what the city in Revelation is, that came down from God. It is the Bride, the Lamb’s wife. That is what the Bible says it is.
That is what he said. “Look at me. I’m the kingdom of God. It’s nigh at hand.” That is what Jesus said. Amen. It is the same Christ who was standing in Jerusalem when he said those words, is the same Christ who lives in here. It is nigh at hand. It is here. It has been here all of the time, since the beginning of time, since Adam was created in the earth. And it has always been in the earth, and it will always be in the earth because he made man to have dominion over the works of his hands. And he still has not changed his mind. He is going to have a people that is going to have dominion over the works of his hands, and over all of his creation. Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed. Then he just got through saying that we were sealed and so is Christ sealed by the Father, Amen, into this, to bring this forth. Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Now they wanted some of this power that Jesus was showing forth. Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent. He has only told us to believe. The works will follow the believer. Isn’t that what he said? These works shall follow them that believe. We struggle so hard with trying to do the works and we are getting it all backwards all of the time. He says if you just believe these works are going to follow. Amen. Well, isn’t that the truth?
Eat what you can eat, and what you can’t, chew on it some more and it will be digested after a while.
John 9:4-5
I must work the works of him that sent me, Jesus said. while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. Then he says ‘I go to my Father’ and ‘ye are the lights of the world’. Amen. Didn’t he say that? Amen. Now we are that Spirit. If we continue in that Spirit of Christ and let him dominate, and believe the Word of God like we are supposed to believe it, and know that we are the lights of the world like he said, “Now ye are the lights of the world.” We have a big responsibility. You do not put a bushel basket over a light. You let it shine. You can declare who you are. You know who you are, not because I think so, but because the Word says so, and the Word is truth.
John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Now we know that, yet we just cannot seem to grasp it.
John 14:10, 12
Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? All right then, if that is the truth, and it is the Word, then we have the Father in us also. Don’t we? Do we? Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? That is what he said. The words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Now I want to tell you something, but after Jesus’ death, he talked differently. We will get to that after a while. He talked entirely different after that, because he was given the full authority, while the Father rests, Amen. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. Now we have tried to do these greater works in the condition that we are in – us slopped up, sick, unbelieving Christians. I mean it. We are. Because we have not received the Word and believed it, so we do not believe him for the works. But there is coming a time right soon when we are going to walk in a new life that we have not received yet. And you talk about works. Do you think you are going to have any time?
When we are in power or the fullness of Christ like he says that we are coming into; when he indwells all of this flesh; when he gets complete control of this flesh; when he comes into these bodies with the fullness of himself which the Word of God says; when that happens, you see, Christ did not have any trouble getting a crowd. He did not have any trouble with getting people saved. He just walked past Peter and said, “Follow me”. And Peter just chucked right along behind him and dropped his nets and everything else because of all of the power of God that was in him. That is because he was filled with the power and the glory of God. And that is what he is going to bring forth in the earth, is a people filled with that glory. The Word is very plain on it. And when he does, then that people is going to do the greater works than he did because he has gone to his Father. Then are you going to see the greater works come forth. If we would receive that power now in our fleshly state without overcoming, we would blow ourselves all apart because we could not handle it. We would get pride. We would get everything else. We would just disturb the kingdom of God. That is what we would do.
John 15:26-27
But when the Comforter is come, Now the Spirit had not been given at this time, remember, the Holy Ghost. Christ in his Spirit had come into man but not in the proportion of the Holy Ghost. But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me: Now we have that Holy Ghost. We have been baptized in the Holy Ghost. And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning. Oh, you don’t mean it. We have been with him from the beginning? He said we are predestinated to become Sons of God. It was in God’s plan. Now he is telling you that you have been with him from the beginning. He is no respecter of persons. We have been with him from the beginning too. But we have not been aware of it. Amen. You know what scripture I’m talking about, don’t you? When he said you’re predestined and you were with him from the foundation of the world?
Romans 13:11-14
And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: And that is for sure, and know who we are. for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof. I want to tell you. You get enough life in the Spirit and you do not have to worry about the flesh. The life of Christ kills the desires of the flesh and overcomes Satan in our lives. So if you will just reverse it instead of trying to put the flesh down. Seek after Christ. Seek after life. Seek after the Spirit. And when you start walking in the Spirit, you do not have to worry about the flesh. It just naturally takes care of itself. Amen.
I Corinthians 15:23-26
But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming. Now, to clarify this for you: Christ was the first one to ever be resurrected from the dead. Amen. afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming. And this same life, this Christ, is in us. Remember that now, and he is in us also as we remain alive. Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
Galatians 2:16
Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
Galatians 3:2-3
This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Are ye so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? And what they were doing, they were having ceremonies and rituals. And we go through the same kind of paraphernalia, in a measure, instead of just letting the Spirit do what he wants to do in our lives.
Galatians 3:25-29
But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. Or under the law. We try to stay under that law yet, to the fact that we think that we have to do it. That is the law mixed with grace. We do not have to do anything but believe the Word of God and let the Spirit do the work in us that he has promised he would do and quit struggling with it. Amen. He will do it. The Lord will do it by the Spirit. He knows how to. We only hinder God. Although if we are tempted with something, he told us to resist it and Satan will flee, and we are to overcome the desires of the flesh and let the Spirit do the work in us. Amen. For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise. Now if you want to look up heirs sometime on the promises to Abraham, you will find out who you are too, because it tells it in there. Remember that he said we are heirs of Abraham. Everything that was promised to him, this great city, and all of this and so on and so forth, which is the city of the living God, which are the Sons of God.
Galatians 4:1-7
Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all; But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father. There is a time appointed of the Father when we will come into this fullness of God, when he says the fullness of the Godhead dwelt in its fullness in Christ, and we are heirs and joint heirs with him, so we claim all of these things with this here. Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world: But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, That is Christ in us. crying, Abba, Father. Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. So we are an heir of God through Christ. An heir will rule and reign as kings and priests with the Lord. That is what the Bible says.
We have heard this negative preaching on these things for so long that it is hard for us not to fall into that same pit. To realize that if we knew what age we are living in, the fullness of time is upon us. And all of these promises that he made to the ends of the earth are upon us, for the Christian. And he is getting ready to bring a people into the fullness to take over this world with Christ, Amen, and to rule and reign with him, like he said.
Colossians 1:9-22, 26-28
For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; We have to just keep going. We have to believe what we read. We have to believe what we hear in the scriptures. Ask God to reveal them by his Spirit to you if you do not understand, to open your understanding. Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, Now look. Strengthened with all might. Well, if you are strengthened with all of his might then you are going to be pretty strong, aren’t you? unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Or made us fit to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light. And the light is the Spirit. Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: Of every flesh man; he was the firstborn. For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: Now we might look at this world out here and the mess that it is in, but still he created it because he has a plan. When man gets through struggling with it and trying to do what they are trying to do and cannot do it, then
God is going to unleash his power in flesh vessels throughout the earth and they are going forth as Christ in the earth, him being the head.
If he could ever get a people, which he will. He has promised that he would have a people who would come into complete obedience to him, absolute complete obedience to him to where he can take those people, and they will be changed. This corruptible will put on incorruptibility and then we will be changed, Amen, into that vessel. And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. Not just some things, all things consist by Christ. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, Now look, this is the beginning. the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. That he might be the super chief in all things concerning the Church. He doesn’t have that now. Once in a while, he gets to speak a word if the people will let him. Most generally, it is flesh. Amen. For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; Now if we are heirs and joint heirs; and the fullness dwells in him; and he is not ashamed to call us brethren; and he is going to bring forth a people to rule and reign with him, which the Word says, then we also will be filled with all that fullness of God, because the fullness dwells in Christ. And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled: In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight: With no reproach whatsoever. He is able, and he is going to present you holy – this is because he died – and unblameable: not a blame against you, completely pure. Amen. Even the mystery And we know what the mystery is. which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:
The mystery is,
Christ dwelling in these flesh bodies.
To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: These flesh bodies filled with the glory of God like Christ came back with. Only he had to die to obtain it, and we do not have to die, now in this age, to obtain this in the fullness of God’s time. That is what the scripture says. Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect Now as long as we are flesh and walking after the flesh desires, we are not perfect, but he is able. which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: whom we preach, warning every man, Or telling us. and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:
Philippians 3:20
For our conversation is in heaven; Where is heaven? I am going to show you in a minute, in the Spirit. from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: We are going to read this again. For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:
Ephesians 2:6
And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: Now we did not go anywhere, did we? He has raised us up together with Christ and made us to sit in heavenly places – spiritual places, heavenly places – together with Christ. Now do we believe the Word or don’t we? I have not been anywhere, but yet I sit in heavenly places with Christ. If you do not believe it – you all have, at times when the Spirit has been upon you so strong until you feel like you cannot hardly bear any more of it because of the presence of the Spirit. And those are heavenly places. Amen. And we cannot come into that place out side of being in Christ.
Philippians 3:21
Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. Now he is going to change our vile body that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body. Now that is the body that he came back with, the supernatural body, Amen, into his glorious body. He did not call his flesh body a glorious body. He said it was no good. Remember that, when they said ‘good master’. He said ‘do not call me good. There is only one good, that is my Father’, because he was in a flesh body. But he says Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, The one that he came back with filled with the glory of God. according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. He is able to change these bodies. He is able to change our lives to where we will be like unto him. That is what he says. Only Christ can do this as we submit to the Spirit. Let him work on the spirit. Quit struggling. Let him work on it, Amen. He is able to do it. The more we struggle in the flesh, the harder it is. Now if you know that it is wrong, then quit doing it. That is the struggle you have to do. That is your struggle. Quit doing it. Ask God to do it. Amen. You quit it and ask him to give you the strength to overcome. He has promised that he would not let you to be tempted beyond what you were able to bear, didn’t he?
If I could somehow say how important that these teachings are; if there was some way that we might know who we are and what our future is out here. This is our future – life – what we are talking about that is about to break in upon us. This is why I get so excited. I do not dare to turn myself loose, because I am excited. This is a reality to me. The Lord has spoken to me personally concerning this, that I would not see death. I know that I will live to see the end of all things. How can I refuse that? Then when I hear a man on the 700 Club get up and say that he had died and the Lord sent him back, and he said. “You will never die again. My coming is but a split second away in God’s timing.” There are many, many, many that were sent back, that were raised from the dead. And the Lord told all that he was going to do; how he was going to come to a people and how he was going to change them.
Hebrews 1:1-8
God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; He did not say world did he? He said worlds. Who being the brightness of his glory, Jesus being the brightness of God’s glory. and the express image Of God of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance And that is the way we are coming in, by inheritance, not by works, but because Christ is in us. We will inherit. Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they. For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him. And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire. But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. Now he is speaking about the earth kingdom that is coming here. And this is proclaimed by him and it will be forever and ever.
Hebrews 1:13-14
But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? Are they not all ministering spirits, The angels sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
Hebrews 2:7-11
‘What is man’ – speaking of man. Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands: Well, didn’t he do that with Adam? Didn’t he set him over the works of his hands? And now he is getting ready to set us over the works of his hands. Amen. And I have news for you; we could do a lot more than we do, if we would just reach out and do it, and by faith know who we are. Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. Now any of your problems, sorrows, your temptations and all, are under the feet of Jesus. He overcame every bit of that for you. He was tempted that we could overcome temptation. But now we see not yet all things put under him. If you look you cannot see everything, but by faith. But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels He was made a little lower than the angels like us, then wasn’t he? for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man. For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, Does that blow your mind? He is bringing many sons into glory just like Jesus. to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. Jesus and us. It is going to cost you something. It is going to cost you all of your self flesh desires. And let the Lord lead your life. Amen. For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: We are sanctified. The Bible says we are. So we are all one. for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren, He is not ashamed to call us brethren. He has cleansed us. Amen.
Hebrews 2:14
Forasmuch then as the children Which is us. are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
This is the Word. If I was just doing a lot of talking on these things, if the Word did not back it up, I would throw it out and burn it. Amen, but we are reading what God says about this, not what I think or what somebody else thinks. This is the Word of God.
Hebrews 4:3-11
For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. God had this plan. It was complete before the foundation of the world. For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works. Now we know that that is speaking of the thousand years, when it took him 6 days or 6000 years, and now he is getting ready to bring this whole thing – we are at the end of the 6000 years, just coming into the 7th day. And we know that God rested after the 6 days (Whatever length of period of time it was.) when he made the earth. And he rested on the 7th day. This is what he’s talking about. Genesis 2:2, it says that, if you want to look it up. And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest. Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief: Do you hear what he is saying? He said some of them did not. They could have entered in before. Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief: Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts. For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. Do you see what he is saying? if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. Jesus paid the way for us, but we have not come into that yet – that time of perfect rest. Do you think you are going to be worrying after you are filled with the glory of God, when you become just like God himself, practically, in Christ? And all of the fullness of God is in Christ, and he is going to dwell in his fullness in a people. Do you think you are going to be worrying about things, be concerned and fretful? No, because you will have creative power, you will be everything. This is scripture again; this is no false teaching, believe me. Because I have a lot of friends throughout the United States that are teaching the same, that have received these revelations from Christ. There remaineth therefore There still remaineth. a rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. We have not ceased yet, so we have not entered yet. We are still struggling, but we will know when that day comes. Amen. Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. After he warns us like this, how can we not believe?
Hebrews 9:14-15
How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, Or the new covenant made. that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, What was the first covenant with Adam and so on and so forth? They had to die. This is the new testament. that by means of death, Christ died. for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance. It is so plain. Now he did not say eternal death, or eternal life, but eternal inheritance. Amen.
I Peter 4:14
If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; Are we? We’re supposed to be. for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: If you are getting reproached for something you do in the Spirit, just remember that the Spirit of God is resting upon you. on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part God is glorified. he is glorified. When we try to please man and get the approval of man, that is opposite of what God does. He says we are not to please man, but we are to please God.
I John 3:8
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Do you want to know how to get rid of sin? You have to take it to the Lord. We have not quite reached that place yet, have we, of perfection? Amen, but it is coming and he knows how to do it. We do not.
Revelation 19:11-16
And I saw heaven opened, Remember, Jesus saw heaven opened while he was on the earth. Remember – ‘and the heavens were opened unto him.’ And Stephen saw the heavens open. and behold a white horse; This was a vision he had. The horse represents power and purity, the white. and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; What did he say in the scriptures, “Beware lest any man take thy crown”? The crowns are for the faithful. Now here he is sitting with many crowns, so that speaks of more than one. and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. He says that we will be given a new name that only we will know. He is speaking of this people, that he is speaking of here in the Bible. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, That speaks of spirit. clothed in fine linen, white and clean. We know what that means – the righteousness of God, the righteousness that he would clothe us in white linen. We are going to take off this filthy garment of the flesh. That is the people that are clothed in his glory and in his righteousness at this time. Now we are seeing the people after they have been changed into his likeness, he is speaking of here. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, The scripture is the sword, the Word of God. that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. He is not speaking of Christ alone. This is that company of people again. As you read and know all of the scriptures, then you will understand what he is saying when he says many crowns on his head. Many crowns on his head. He is still talking about this same person.
Revelation 3:10-12
Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, Jesus says. I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, Do you get what he is saying – ‘the word of my patience’? He says that the patient, the patient, the patient all the way through. Those that are patient and long-suffering, they are the ones that are going to inherit. Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Now there is a terrible test and a trial coming out here, that we have not faced yet. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, He is not going to make a gold pillar out of us standing there. We know that. and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven Out of the Spirit. from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. Now we just read that over here (in Revelation 19).
Revelation 19:17-21
And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; Now we know that these Sons of God have already come forth with Christ the head. Amen. They will come forth before the time of this feast for the birds when all of this great slaughter is coming. They are going to be changed just before this time, just before the coming of this great calamity that is coming, that we are facing, when all of the nations will be gathered together in war. Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great. And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him Against this people, this many-membered body of Christ that have come with all of his power, that is putting judgment upon the earth, and they won’t be able to stand it, so they are going to try and destroy them. to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. Which are those supernatural people that the Bible speaks of all the way through the Bible. Until these last few years, God has been beginning to open up the mysteries. Like he said in Daniel, “Seal the book until the time of the end that I will reveal these mysteries.” So we know now that this is this people that he is talking about. And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: By his Word. By the Word. By the Word, the earth was formed. By the Word, the heavens were formed. By the Word, we were formed by Christ, Amen. which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.
I am going to show you here, that there are two kinds of people, the throne people and the martyrs.
Revelation 20:4
And I saw thrones, Thrones, not one. and they Not one. sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not The first part are those that had been beheaded. and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Revelation 21:7
He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. Oh, I thought God only had one son. Amen. No, there is a many-membered Son. Amen.
Revelation 21:22-27
And I saw no temple therein: Now he is talking about the city. for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. I could talk on this Lamb if we had time, because if you knew who the Lamb company is, Amen. We are one with Christ, you remember here now, when you get this far in the Book. And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof. And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there. And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it. And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.
Now we have my favorite scripture.
Revelation 22:12-14
And, behold, Jesus says. I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
Revelation 5:9-10
And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, This is the book of life. and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, Which was Christ. and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign Where? on the earth. This is in the beginning, in the first part of Revelation. And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals We know what the seals are, that’s destruction and everything on the earth, the seven seals. Amen. for thou wast slain, Speaking of Christ. They are singing this song – Christ was slain. and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; They are singing, the saved. And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. In God’s kingdom. You cannot get any plainer than that. That is where it is. Right here. We shall reign as kings and priests on the earth.
Do you want to go back and serve the world: this putrid world, Amen, that we have all had a taste of? Amen. We have all been rotten and filthy. God has cleansed us and shapened us up. Praise God, for we do not want to lie anymore, we do not want to steal anymore, we do not want to go out and get drunk anymore, we do not want to do all of those things anymore. Praise God. And only God can take those desires out of us. He has brought us this far. Amen. He can bring us the rest of the way. Now he is working on those little things, like envy and strife and backbiting and whispering and all of those little things: speaking when we are not supposed to speak, and keeping our mouths shut when we are supposed to speak. When we should speak, we do not. Amen.
No matter what your call, if you are serving Christ and if you are doing the best you can do, you answer to God. You do not answer to man. If you please God, you are not going to please the world man. We should please one another because we are supposed to be one in Christ. But I am talking about the world out here, in general. We cannot please the world and serve Christ. The first thing that they will say is, “You are crazy”. That is the starter. Then they will say, “You are all mixed up and you are crazy”. But we are not to care, since the Lord has given his life that we might come into this inheritance. And there are only 144,000, do you realize, in the scriptures, of that firstfruits company? There will be many, many more come into it later according to the scriptures, but there are only 144,000 out of the whole world that is going into that firstfruits company at the first outpouring of the Spirit. And that is not very many, considering the whole world. And then there will be many more that will come in through them, that will be purified and cleansed, because then they will have power just like Christ had power, to help them to overcome. And there will be many that will overcome in that day.
Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
