Flesh & Bone
It is the glorified body: the inheritance.
“This flesh and blood body, as we know it, cannot come
into that realm that the Lord wants us to come into.”

Words of Rose are Bolded
Flesh and Bone sets forth the Inheritance: the Glorified body.
Jesus died and was resurrected into that glorified body of flesh and bone, as Adam was before he sinned, to show us that we could have that also.
Flesh and Blood cannot inherit the kingdom. Sin brought a change in their (Adam and Eve) flesh or they could not have died. Adam was made an eternal being.
I Corinthians 15:50
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. What is a glorified body, like Jesus after he rose from the dead? Now remember, he is our pattern and he will have a people exactly as he is now, and we know that this mortal must put on immortality. This is a mortal body, a flesh body. That is what mortal is. It is a flesh body. It must put on immortality so that it can never die, so that it can never be sick and all of these good things. I just wonder what kind of a change must come over the body, because during the transfiguration when Jesus was transfigured, even his raiment was changed. He was glowing like just a transcendent glow on him, yet he was still a flesh body. He was not glorified at that time. He just – by the Spirit – had cleansed himself of all: overcome all the desires and so forth of the flesh. So we know that the transfiguration was not the glorified body because he died after that, and once you are glorified, you cannot be killed because that body won’t die. That is a body that cannot die, the glorified body. We know that all through the scriptures that he tells that he will do this to a people: that they will receive a glorified body.
When Jesus walked down to the seashore, he had been up praying all night long. He had been praying to the Father all night and he walked down to the seashore. This was in his natural flesh body just like all of us. The disciples had gone out in a ship and were out in a storm. It was quite a storm. It says the winds were boisterous. It was evidently in the middle of the night and evidently the Father told him to walk on that water out to the ship. He must have had quite a way to go because it was out in the sea. The ship was out there, so he starts walking on the water. That is what you call faith. He had to believe every word the Father spoke to him, which we do not. That is our trouble. We do not believe as we ought to believe. If the Lord would tell us to go walk on the water, we would just say, “Oh, that was not God.” Right? But he did everything that the Father spoke to him. Did you know that they had to follow the same Spirit that we are following right now? Only he was absolutely obedient to the Spirit and did everything that the Lord told him to do, and had complete faith to believe it. This is the way he overcame. And he has told us that we can overcome, because he has overcome.
In the first place, we think that he was something a lot different than what he really was. He wet his pants just like the rest of the kids. Do you realize that? That is kind of hard for you to believe. We have him up on such a high plane; this is why we do not have the relationship that we should have with him. Sure, we know that he was God in the flesh, but God says he dwells in our flesh too, didn’t he? Are you catching me? Isn’t that what he said? He said, “The Father and I will come in and set up our abode in your heart.” And he said, “The kingdom of God is without observation.” You cannot see it, because the kingdom of God is within, in the hearts of man. Right? I do not know if I am going to make you understand what I am feeling. I do not see how I can, because it is hard to put it in words.
We limit God. That is what the children of Israel did, and that is why they could not go in. Amen. And I tell you, we are stepping out to possess a much greater land than the children of Israel ever possessed. The giants are bigger too – the giants of unbelief and criticism and all of those good things. But nevertheless, it does not change the Word of God. There is a people that is going to come forth in his likeness and in his image and in his full stature. Is that the Word of God? And he says, “Greater works than these shall ye do because I go to my Father.” He completed his work. He made the way. He overcame all the bounds of the flesh, all those things that bound him from being the complete Son. He was bound because he walked in a flesh body. And yet it says that he came in the image of the Father. And Jesus came to represent the Father in the earth. And so God was in him. Amen. Well, God is in us. What is the matter with us? Unbelief. Unbelief. Absolutely unbelief.
As he walked out on the water and got into the ship, when he started coming, they got scared because they thought he was a ghost. Now here he was in a flesh body just like ours, but because he believed God, he walked. Can’t you just see him walking on top of those waves? Just walking on down. Then when he got in the boat, Peter asked if he could walk on the water too, and the Lord let him walk on the water. We know for sure that he was a flesh man with all of his failures. Amen. Now we know for sure he was, right? So what is the matter with us? But fear came in. Fear. He feared. He was afraid and so he sank. And this is why we sink, because we are afraid. What I am trying to get you to understand is that we are flesh bodies and we think that we cannot do anything until we become this great glorified body. No. That is not the truth. The scripture is full of exploits that were done. What about Elijah when he prayed and the rains were shut off? He did not even have the baptism of the Holy Ghost.
What I want to try to get across and get you to understand is that this flesh and blood body, as we know it, cannot come into that realm that the Lord wants us to come into. God is the one who created flesh in the first place, and he created us, and he has made us this way. But Adam and Eve were not made in the same way, before sin. These things entered in after sin. Adam and Eve were made to live forever. In other words, they were created in a glorified body until sin came in.
When Jesus came back after being risen from the dead, he went to the seashore, cooked fish and ate with the disciples in the glorified body. So what is the glorified body? He must still have had intestines and so on and so forth to digest food. Amen. You see we have made it to look like spooks out here. It is not so. He showed his hands to Thomas and the hole in his side. It was still flesh.
I feel very highly privileged because the Lord years ago had shown me glorified flesh. He showed me his hands. I will never forget it, because it was the most beautiful flesh.
There is a birth just about to take place. So hold your hats, kids and hang on, will you? There is a birth of a son. Jesus Christ will be manifested one of these days in a way that you will be able to see it. Amen. Before something is born, you don’t see it too well, but when it is born, you get a look at it. We are going on here, because I am going to believe God. And I am not going to hide all of this stuff. It is time for us to start coming into this place Christ has made for us in his walk on this earth. Now I know this is going to sound foreign to some of you, but hang on. We will eventually catch on by the Spirit.
So Jesus ate with a glorified body, yet he could also walk through a wall, because he walked right through the doors when they were locked and appeared unto Thomas. So there is a change that is going to happen. That sounds so mysterious to us. It is nothing for God. I told you about when he let my body disappear and it scared me almost to death. I saw the beads hanging out here with no body under it. It scared me almost to death, but nevertheless it happened. It was real. And I do not know what the purpose of these things is, only that I know he wanted me to know something. How simple it is for him to do something like that. What I want to know is, what is the difference between the bodies that we are walking around in now, and what change is going to take place?
Genesis 2:23-24
And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: He did not say anything about blood. He said ‘flesh and blood cannot inherit’. Jesus came back in a flesh and bone body. The life is in the blood. You certainly understand that if they run out of blood, they are dead, aren’t they? So the life is in the blood. Our life – in our sinful life now – is blood. In the beginning when the first man and woman were formed, he said, “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh” and they were made to live forever. And you know what the curse was. When they sinned, then death set in. There was a body change. There was a change in their bodies. You see the Bible is made to be understood. So the change came the minute they sinned and they became flesh and blood and death started to set in and they eventually died. So that change has to be the same kind of a change that took place in Adam and Eve when they sinned. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: Not flesh and blood. She shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. But not flesh and blood.
Sin brought a change in Adam and Eve in their flesh, or they could not have died. They could have sinned and lived forever. So he set the sword up there to keep them from the tree of life. There will also be a reverse action in our flesh so death will not have a hold upon us.
Matthew 19:5-6
And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they Two, or twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. Now he is also speaking here of us in our flesh and blood bodies. God did not change that because of sin. It is still the same.
I Corinthians 6:15-16
Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? Now if we are members of Christ’s body, then the same thing that happened to him will happen to us. Shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid. What? Know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? For two, saith he, shall be one flesh. So we are responsible for what we do in these bodies. We are responsible.
I Corinthians 6:19-20
What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s. You say, “I can go any place I want to go, and I can do anything I want to do, and if I want to curse and swear and blaspheme and do all of these things, I can do it if I want to.” Oh no, you cannot, not and get by with it. No. You cannot do it. You cannot do it. It will catch up with you, believe me. God will give you space to repent, but he can drop you too, like a hot coal. Amen. We cannot, for he says, “For ye are bought with a price,” the blood of Christ, as Christians. We are bought with the blood of Christ. therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s. Our body and our spirit belong to God. We have no claim over them. Let’s quit treating it like we own it. Amen. And follow after the Lord. Aren’t you glad this is God’s Word and not mine? You would be so mad at me. But it is God’s Word.
Numbers 11:33
And while the flesh was yet between their teeth, ere it was chewed, the wrath of the Lord was kindled against the people, and the Lord smote the people with a very great plague. What the Lord is trying to show us with this scripture here is, if you walk in the flesh, you can tell, because you will crave flesh things, but if you walk in the Spirit, your desire will be after spiritual things.
God was wanting to bring – through Moses – a people in to inherit the good land, the promised land, the place that God had prepared for his people. And because of their sinful desires or their flesh desires, they were dissatisfied and murmured and complained all of the way through until finally, they asked for meat, so he sent quail in. The ground was covered with quail. And they caught them and killed them, and they were having a feast, flesh for flesh. This was flesh and it was crying out for flesh. Now there is nothing wrong in eating quail or any other kind of flesh if God permits. But I just say that their desire was there, instead of after God. Their greatest desire (was their flesh and satisfying it) and that is why they were complaining. So he says, while the flesh was yet between their teeth, ere it was chewed, the wrath of the Lord was kindled against the people, and the Lord smote the people with a very great plague. Not because they were eating quail, but because their desire was not to God to fulfill his will, but to fulfill their own desires of their own flesh.
This is God’s order from the beginning.
Numbers 27:16-17
Let the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation, Which may go out before them, and which may go in before them, and which may lead them out, and which may bring them in; that the congregation of the Lord be not as sheep which have no shepherd. There have to be shepherds, but we cannot all be shepherds when we are coming in. I do not know how many are going to be shepherds. But there has to be a time. He says, “Let the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation.” To that one – I do not care whether it is me or whether it is some other faithful servant of God – if God gives you something to do, you have to do it. And he will speak to me things that maybe he won’t speak to you, and give maybe revelation to me that I can answer the questions in the hearts of those. Now we are all receiving revelations from God, and I thank God for it. If he did not, then you would not be here today. But it is true and I know where he has set me, and I plan on staying until he takes me out, even if there is just one left. Amen, to be faithful to God.
Here’s a good admonition for us.
II Chronicles 32:7-8
Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him: With him is an arm of flesh; With the king of Assyria. They (the Assyrians) were just trusting in flesh, but they (the children of Israel) were trusting in the living God. With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the Lord our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah. In other words, they took confidence and made them not afraid because they knew that God was with them, where the Assyrians, the pagans, were fighting after the flesh, by the arm of flesh. If we trust in the arm of flesh, we are never going to come to this place in God. If we think that we are going to come in through the flesh, that is a lot of baloney. We are going to come in through the Spirit by the revelation of the Spirit as he reveals himself and as he unveils truth after truth to our understanding where, by faith, we can receive and go in. The children of Israel had to go in by faith too and by obedience, not by what they thought in their minds, but by faith, knowing the Word of God.
Jesus knew the Father. Although he was born in the earth as a man, carried in Mary’s womb – she gave birth to him like an ordinary child – yet his Father was by the Spirit. But still he had to learn obedience by the things that he suffered, just like your children have to learn obedience. And he grew up in the earth as a flesh man, but he continually sought after his Father to know the will of the Father, knowing who he was, and finally had to openly declare it, when he read the scriptures in the temple, when he said, “This day is the word fulfilled in your ears.” Amen, and that is why they wanted to kill him because he dared to say that he was God’s Son. Now the Word of God says that we are Sons of God. And I want to tell you something, they will try to kill us when we openly declare we are Sons of God, and yet the scripture is – that is what it is all about, the whole scripture is to bring forth this people in the end time that will go forth and do the work of the Lord.
Job 19:25-27
For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth: And though after my skin worms destroy this body, Says Job. yet in my flesh shall I see God: Now look here. He knew that he was coming back in flesh, as flesh, even though he knew that he was going to die and the skin worms would eat up all of his flesh. He still knew that he was going to come back in a flesh body. after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God: Not as a spirit out here floating around, but in flesh. The resurrection is going to bring forth flesh. It is a reverse action.
The minute the last root of sin comes out of our flesh,
we are a candidate for eternal life,
to never die, the change.
Because sin is the thing that caused death in the beginning. Sin is the only thing that kept Adam and Eve from living forever. That was the curse. Death was the curse because Satan said to Eve, “Did God say?” Because of his sin and because of her sin, then their bodies had to be changed to where they could not live. That was the curse. Death was the curse that was put upon them, along with some other curses. So God has still not changed his plan from the time he made the first man Adam. He is going to have that people that is going to walk in the earth and rule and reign as he did with Adam and Eve. He told them to rule the earth and over the works of his hands, Amen, and to control it and to take care of it, dress it and keep it. So he still is going to have that people. He has not changed his mind since he created Adam, just because Adam fell and Eve fell, and he had to give them flesh and blood to keep them alive by blood.
I do not know how God will cause us to live forever. I know it is by his Spirit because he is the one who breathes the breath of life into every one of us to begin with, or we would not be alive today. This is why he says, “Fear not little children, I have overcome the world.” He is talking about overcoming this flesh thing, this flesh body. He overcame, that the way might be made. When he was on the cross he said, “It is finished.” He had completed that way and the way was made for us to come back into eternal life to where we would never die.
Do you know the worst thing that everybody faces is aging and dying? If you do not believe it, you get to be about 25 and start looking in the mirror and you start feeling bad. Every time you look in the mirror, you look a little worse. It is because that is that curse. It was never meant for man to have on him, in the beginning. It was never made for people to age and become old, or to die. God made us to live forever, and we are going to live forever whether we die – Jesus made the way – and be resurrected. For those that will serve him, they will come back in their flesh bodies. Amen, now it will be flesh and bone not flesh and blood. Remember that. I do not understand the change here, although I know we will know one another and all of that, because the Word says so. And I know that they knew Jesus. But what the change is, I do not have any idea.
Some of them did recognize him right away. (Jesus after his resurrection.) Now whether he had his back to Mary and she thought it was a gardener, but the minute he spoke, she worshipped him. Like the two men on the way to Emmaus, they did not know who he was, when he was talking with them. But when he went unto the disciples and Thomas, they knew who he was. They knew who he was when he walked to them and hollered, “Children, have ye any meat?” Peter said, “It is the Lord.” And he jumped out of the boat. He could not wait for the boat to get there, he jumped out and swam to shore. Amen. Isn’t it good to see somebody love God that much?
We were talking about Job. And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God: whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another; though my reins be consumed within me. Yet he knew that he would see God as he stood in his flesh to look upon him.
And I know that I will see God in this flesh, and I will look upon him, Amen. You see time is running out on God’s calendar. I believe the last war is just about to be, and that is one of the great signs that is coming. I believe that all of the nations are gathered, and I could not say that during World War II or any of the other wars that I have lived through, through my years. But I know now that, according to scripture, I believe it is lined up just right. And I believe most every other Bible student in the world who knows anything about the scriptures will tell you the same thing: that it could happen. Only God could put it together.
When that battle starts, this last war, then you are going to see God’s people change. This is why I am anxious. I want to see us get going, Amen; get rid of this flesh; put this flesh down. That is the only reason I am teaching this. The reason I am hanging around is because I look you people over. I am looking for signs, Amen. I am looking to see if there are some white hairs missing, that are getting dark, and I look to see if there are some wrinkles gone. I will know that there is a change taking place. It is just as natural as can be. People that really walk with God and are happy all of the time in the Spirit because their consciences are clear, they always look younger. Haven’t you seen it in Christians? But you take people that are sinners, they just get worse and wrinkled and they just get all drawn up like an old toad. It is just awful how people look when they live in sin. And you can take a person that doesn’t know God that is in terrible sin and you see them saved and in ten minutes you will see a change, or maybe quicker than that. You will see a change in their face, because the Lord of life comes in. He is our life. When the Lord of life comes in, it cannot help but make a change on the outside. It just shows.
Job 33:21-30
His flesh is consumed away, that it cannot be seen; and his bones that were not seen stick out. This is Job. Yea, his soul draweth near unto the grave, and his life to the destroyers. If there be a messenger with him, an interpreter, one among a thousand, to shew unto man his uprightness: Then he is gracious unto him, and saith, Deliver him from going down to the pit: Christ came to deliver us from going down into the grave, or the pit. Amen. I have found a ransom. Or an atonement for sin. His flesh shall be fresher than a child’s: he shall return to the days of his youth: He shall pray unto God, and he will be favourable unto him: and he shall see his face with joy: for he will render unto man his righteousness. He looketh upon men, and if any say, I have sinned, and perverted that which was right, and it profited me not; He will deliver his soul from going into the pit, Or into death. and his life shall see the light. This life. Lo, all these things worketh God oftentimes with man, To bring back his soul from the pit, to be enlightened with the light of the living. Amen.
God’s Spirit works on this flesh or grass.
Isaiah 40:1-8
Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. Do you know what I just felt the Spirit say to me?
Since the fall of Adam, God has tried to get man
to see this message.
He just spoke that to me. He said he has tried to get man to see this message since the fall of Adam and man will not receive it. Think of it. The Lord is sitting back and waiting for somebody to come along that will receive his Word and believe it. Since Adam fell, God has tried to bring man back by his Word.
What a hope we have. If we were reading this out of a newspaper or something, we could doubt it, but we are reading the Word of God, the very Word of God. We do not need to die. All we have to do is walk after the Spirit and let the Spirit work with our hearts to keep removing these old roots, these old decayed things in us of the natural flesh, and walk in the Spirit, to walk in the Spirit, Amen. He has promised us that he will rid us of this nature. That is what he died for, that the Adamic nature that we are born with, every child is born with, in the earth, under the curse. Every child that is born has this nature and these roots of sin. And when that is taken out, when God has removed the roots of sin, then look out, because then it can happen, Amen. We can be changed. Amen. That is his Word, and we have to believe his Word or else we do not even have salvation, if we do not believe his Word. Because the same Word that tells us this, tells us of salvation.
Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. Look at how he is with us. He wants us to be comforted, and all we want to do is slam one another over the head and condemn one another because there is a little mistake or something in us, when God is doing his best to work with us to try to get us to get rid of this thing in us, these things of sin, oh whatever it might be, temper, lust – who cares – stealing, whatever it is, God is big enough to do it. Christ overcame it so that we could overcome, Amen. And if somebody is going through a hard trial, let’s not fight them. Let’s help them, Amen. He said ‘lest ye be tempted also’. So if you see something in yourself, do not hide it. The best way in the world to get rid of something that is in you is to say, “Do you know what I have? I have a terrible temptation of lust and I want the body to pray for me.” You see it says ‘there is no temptation that has come upon man that is not common to man’. Everyone has been through the same temptation. You are no different than anybody else. Do not be ashamed of it. Get rid of it. Take it before the Lord. Amen. Let him pull that thing out. We cannot get rid of it. You cannot get rid of it. I could not get rid of it. Whatever it was, temper, you name it. It comes out by praying to the Father, and to recognize it, asking God to deliver you from it. And he will deliver you. He is anxious to deliver us. Amen.
Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, Now he is not talking to the city, Jerusalem. He is talking to us. We are the New Jerusalem. and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, This is a continual warfare. And in the Book of Romans, it tells us about the warfare that is going on in us between the flesh and the Spirit. It is a real warfare. that her iniquity Or sin is pardoned: for she hath received of the Lord’s hand double for all her sins. We have suffered, Amen, for the sins that we have committed and God wants to forgive us and remove them from us. It is time to be cleansed, Amen. The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain We should be saying this. Prepare the way of the Lord and tell the people, “Make straight the paths. God is able to take you through. There is no need to fall back into sin. He is the deliverer.” Now every one of us that is serving God, you know very well that there were things in your life before, that you are not bothered with anymore. Where do you think they went? God is the deliverer. Why fight with it? If God lays it on your heart that something is sin, then talk to him about it. Ask him to take it out of there. You do not want it. You are sick of it. You are tired of it. And he will deliver you from it. So we need to comfort one another. Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain: Now we know he is not talking about going up and down hills. He is talking about that valley of depression you get into, Amen. You are really down in the valley and the next day you are up here high on the mountain. But look what his promise is. Every valley shall be exalted, Or lifted up. and every mountain and hill shall be made low: We are going to be walking on an even keel by the Spirit. We are going to be walking on a level plane. and the crooked shall be made straight, This is the way we walk as Christians; in and out. And the rough places that we have to go through are going to be made plain. Now Christ made that way for us, if we can accept it. Amen. And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it. Do you believe that? It is the Word of God. This is after we learn to walk in the straight path of the Lord, and walk in righteousness on the earth. Amen. Then what happens? The next verse And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, Isn’t that beautiful, and plain, and clear to us? And God has promised that it would be made. Every valley shall be Lifted up exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, He said it shall be. and the rough places plain: And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it. The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? Now this was a prophet. All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field: What is this flesh to God? It is like a blade of grass. Do you think he is going to have any problem changing that flesh? Of course not. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the Lord bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.
I Peter 1:22-25
Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit In other words, the way to purify your soul is obeying the truth through the Spirit. Isn’t that what it is saying? Seeing ye have purified Cleansed your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart Or genuine love. fervently: Being born again, Now he was not talking about death here when he was talking about corruptible. He is talking about living flesh people that have just purified their souls in obeying the truth by the Spirit. Being born again, Now he is not talking about salvation because they have already obeyed the truth. not of corruptible seed, Being born again not of corruptible seed, which we were, of the Adam nature but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. There is a new birth that is going to take place. I have taught that before. There is a new birth that is going to take place, yet. Do you remember the words – three – God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost: everything is in threes. That is the complete number in God. And we know that there is another work. We have salvation. We have the baptism of the Holy Ghost. There is another work to be done by the Spirit and that is that birthing, that birthing, that change that will come forth in our flesh, Amen, that will bring us into immortality, or an incorruptible body. Being born again, not of corruptible seed, We were born – the first, our flesh birth – we were born in corruption. In sin and corruption we were born, after the Adam seed of nature. That was our first birth. Then we are forgiven for our sin in salvation, but now he says Being born again, not of corruptible seed, Which we were in our first birth, of a hopeless state of sin but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. This is going to be a work of the Spirit that changes us from the corruptible being into the incorruptible. It says that Jesus’ body, speaking of his death, should not see corruption, that his body would not rot and decay. That is the natural way of flesh – to die and rot. Death brings corruption and rottenness and that is what will happen to every one of us if we do not go the way of the Spirit, because that is the way it is. It is just the way of flesh. But if you want to go the way of the Spirit, that will never happen to you. You will be changed in the twinkling of an eye, the scripture says. And this body of corruption shall put on incorruption and we will be changed. That is scripture too. We are going to read this again. Being born again, So there is a new birth, another birth that has to take place by the Spirit in us not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, Through the Spirit by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever, This incorruptible seed cannot be destroyed. But the corruptible seed, which is our flesh, will die, but if we put on incorruption, we cannot die. It is just that simple. It is impossible to die if you put on that incorruption; the same as it was impossible for Christ to die again because his body did not see corruption, but it was changed. It was just changed. And this is what we will do. We will never die, but we will just be changed according to the Word of God. Not according to what I say, but according to the Word of God. For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man Anything, no matter what man can do, it is as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: But the word of the Lord Which we are going to live by. endureth for ever. It cannot be destroyed. We will be living by the Word of God and he becomes our life. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you. I know there was a point in my life when the Lord said that you live no more because of your flesh, but Jesus said to me, “You live because I live.” And that was a shocker to me, and it was very hard for me to accept, to know that this life that I live right now, I am not living because I am eating potatoes and bread. Amen. But I am living because God has chosen to keep me alive, to bring a people into everlasting life. Not that he loves me more than he loves anybody else, but it is a call that God has put upon my life, to bring a people into everlasting life without death, that we will never see death. Amen. Isn’t that a great thing?
Ezekiel 11:18-20
And they shall come thither, and they shall take away all the detestable things thereof and all the abominations thereof from thence. And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; Now look. Here is that third work. and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, I think this is saying more than just what we have been taught that it is saying. He says he is going to take it out. And I will give them one heart, We will all be one. He is talking about the prayer that Jesus prayed that ye all be one, even as the Father and I are one that we all be one together with the Father and with the Son. So we know that this is something that we have not attained unto yet. I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh: A new flesh. Amen. The seat, the very seat of man will be changed into a flesh, the glorified flesh of the Lord. Amen. This old stony hard heart is going to be changed when we become one heart. I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; This is so beautiful. and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, People used to say that is when they got saved. That is a lot of baloney. You are forgiven when you are saved. You still have that old thing in there that is hard as this rock when you are just saved. Even after you get the Holy Ghost, Amen, he has to work on it, but he is going to take the whole thing out, praise God, and give you a brand new spirit heart. Praise God, a glorified flesh heart. Praise God. I do not know what it is going to do because it sure is not going to pump blood. I think he is speaking here of the seat of man, not the real heart. Amen. That they may walk in my statutes, We have not been able to. We have tried to walk in all the statutes and the laws of God, but we cannot, because we have a stony heart. and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God. That same scripture is in the Book of Revelation, when they become one, when we will really be one with God.
John 8:51
Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death. How much plainer do we want it, then that? Never see death.
Now if we believe this the same way we believe for our salvation, we would get a hold of something, wouldn’t we? We have to believe it just like we did for salvation or for the baptism of the Holy Ghost. Although the baptism of the Holy Ghost is a little different because he does give an evidence by speaking in tongues. That is a little easier to believe when that tongue breaks forth. But salvation you just receive by faith. And by faith, you are going to receive this, as we walk in obedience.
Ezekiel 36:24-38
For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land. People have always taught that this was Israel, being given their land back in 1948, but that is not what he is saying here to us. He is going to take us from among this false teaching that has been taught in the earth for generations and he is going to take us out of that heathen doctrine and false religion and gather us out of all of these countries and will bring you into your own land, which is the one in the Spirit with Christ. Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. Praise God. A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. Now it has never been possible for man to do it unto this date. Not one in the world has ever kept what this Word says right here. Not one person on the earth has ever done it. Only Jesus Christ himself, and he is our pattern. Amen. But he is telling us that we can have it, if we will walk in his ways. And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; Well, he gave it to Adam, but he did not keep it. and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God. I will also save you from all your uncleannesses: and I will call for the corn, and will increase it, and lay no famine upon you. He is speaking of corn here, the food of the Spirit, Amen, and he will increase it. He won’t let us starve to death from lack of the Spirit, Amen, but we will flourish. We will grow fat. You fatten hogs on corn. Amen. And I will multiply the fruit of the tree, And we are trees; your fruit is going to come forth. He calls us trees of righteousness. The fruit is going to start showing. You know what the fruits are. Remember how he cursed the fig tree because it did not have any fruit on it. He will do the same with us – as if we are one of those trees walking around out here. And I will multiply the fruit of the tree, and the increase of the field, that ye shall receive no more reproach of famine among the heathen. It is a reproach to not walk godly when the Word of God says that we should walk godly before him. All of these promises in the Word. No wonder the heathen looks at us, and that is the unsaved in the world out here, and says, “Boy, you are a bunch of nothings.” They do not see the results.
People are sitting bored to death in the churches, not hearing this beautiful message of the kingdom. I want to tell you, the message of the kingdom is going to go forth because the Lord says, when the message of the kingdom is preached in all the world for a testimony unto him, then shall the end come. This is the message of the kingdom, in case you do not know, his kingdom on the earth that will be fulfilled through people dwelling in these beautiful bodies that will rule and reign; unlimited power in God in righteousness. Then shall ye remember your own evil ways, You will look back and see how we walked. and your doings that were not good, and shall lothe yourselves in your own sight for your iniquities and for your abominations. After we have come into that place and looked back and say, “Oh my, my, my, how did God ever put up with us?” Not for your sakes do I this, If you think he is doing it for our sakes, take a look at this Word. saith the Lord God, be it known unto you: be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel. Thus saith the Lord God; In the day that I shall have cleansed you from all your iniquities All your sins. I will also cause you to dwell in the cities, and the wastes shall be builded. And the desolate land shall be tilled, whereas it lay desolate in the sight of all that passed by. And they shall say, This land that was desolate is become like the garden of Eden; Here we are back in the garden of Eden. Amen. and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are become fenced, and are inhabited. Then the heathen that are left round about you shall know that I the Lord build the ruined places, and plant that that was desolate: I the Lord have spoken it, and I will do it. Do not think that we are going to do it. It is going to be God. Amen. Thus saith the Lord God; I will yet for this be enquired of by the house of Israel, to do it for them; We are of the house of Israel. I will increase them with men like a flock. It is not just going to be two or three; it is going to be like a flock, Amen. As the holy flock, as the flock of Jerusalem in her solemn feasts; so shall the waste cities be filled with the flocks of men: and they shall know that I am the Lord.
Praise God for his Word. And I know where I am going. Amen. And I also know who I am. Praise God.
Only by the Spirit shall we know who we are.
Matthew 16:13-17
When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: Looking after the flesh, answering by the flesh. some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. Now he was looking on a flesh man just like himself, Amen. When we start seeing flesh bodies coming forth in the image and likeness of Jesus Christ; doing the same works that he has done and even greater works than these; and walking through walls; and appearing where they are not supposed to be, you are going to have to know that there are some Sons that have been born unto God. Amen. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. You cannot see these revelations except the Father reveal them to you by the Spirit. Peter was looking upon a flesh man, Jesus, that was born in a little town a little ways from where he lived. He came out of a womb just like he did, and yet he could declare that ‘thou art the Christ the Son of the living God’. He could declare it and know that it was so, because he was not looking after the natural, but he was looking after the Spirit that God had revealed it to him. He said the time will come when we will not know one another after the flesh but after the Spirit. Praise God. I will be glad for that day when we know no longer after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Matthew 16:27-28
For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works. Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom. And there were some of them there that saw Jesus killed and raised from the dead and come back in a glorified body. They looked upon his glorified body, and that is the kingdom of God. This is what he was talking about. There are some of you standing here right now he said, that will not die, but you are going to see my Father’s kingdom. You are going to see the kingdom. And that is the kingdom, glorified Sons of God. He was the Son of God, the first one, Amen.
Mark 13:19-22
For in those days Speaking about what is ahead of us now, right out here. It is awfully close. You can almost touch it. For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect’s sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days. Haven’t almost every one of us received prophecies saying that you are the elect of God, you have been chosen of God, you have been with God from the foundation of the world, you are called into a special calling and all of that? And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not: For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. When they say go here and go there looking for Christ – some man that says, “I am Christ” – he said look inside. Where are you going to go? Run off across the country looking for Christ? He is in here. When men start rising up and claiming that they have the very thing that this scripture is talking about, and not producing in their flesh the evidence of it, and if they are still walking in the realm of sin, you know they are false Christs.
He said there will be many Christs that shall walk the earth as Jesus Christ walked the earth. There will be many. And many Sons will be born into the kingdom.
Joel 2:1-11
Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, We are Zion, Amen, the Zion, the Jerusalem, the holy Israel. and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: He tells us to teach this now, Amen. let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand; Now he is not telling us to run and fear because there is a war coming. That isn’t what he is saying. He is telling us to get ready for the day of the Lord is at hand. This will be the day of the Lord. A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations There will never be, even though there are many generations, there will never be another people like this people that he is getting ready to prepare. A fire devoureth before them; By the power of God, just like the fire consumed – when Elijah called down fire from heaven. A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them. The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; That is the strength and as horsemen, so shall they run. Amen, to conquer. A horse in the day that this was written, there was no other way of conveyance but through horses, one way or another, and they were strong. They always stand for strength in the scriptures. Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, He is talking about this people now. like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array. Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness. In despair when they see this people coming. They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks: In other words, buddy, we are going to walk together as one, like the Lord said. We are going to be one. Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded. Think of it. You stick a sword in you now, you will find out what comes out. Amen. They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief. I mean God’s people are going to be everywhere. Amen, and they will go as fast as a thought to where God sends them by the Spirit. The earth shall quake before them; You think he is not preparing a people, us little no good nothings sitting back here? Do you realize what call he is calling a people to? The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining: And the Lord shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; and who can abide it? Amen, you talk about a people like we have never seen or has never been on the earth before. Do you remember that Adam, how he had such wisdom, that he even named every creature upon the earth; he gave them names. And how he lived in that beautiful realm, and the dominion that he had? If he wanted to say to a lion, he would say ‘come here’, or whatever his language was, and it would have to obey, because he had dominion and rule over that thing. And so when he sends a people, his army, forth with such power and might.
Mark 14:38
Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. The spirit truly is ready, but the flesh is weak. The Spirit is ready. The Spirit of God is ready to do these things. If you think you are ever going to receive this through a flesh mind, it is impossible: absolutely impossible. You have to seek God, and you have to let him speak to you through the Word as you study the Word. That is the way the revelation comes. Amen, now you can receive revelation through teaching too, but not like when you hear it from the Lord, when suddenly you look on the scripture, and it is like a light bulb turns on, and you see what he is saying. Amen. That is the revelation of the Spirit.
Luke 24:38-43
Jesus speaking. And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? And why do thoughts arise in your hearts? Don’t you think he says that to us? ‘Why don’t you trust me? Why don’t you just believe me?’ He says, ‘Why don’t you just listen to me?’ He knows the way. We do not. Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. Remember we are trying to find out what kind of body we are going to have. He had flesh and bone, the same as Adam had in the beginning, flesh and bone, a body that could not die. And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet. And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat? And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb. And he took it, and did eat before them. Don’t you think that blew their minds? My Lord, he is eating. Do you think the world is not going to look at amazement at us, praise God, walk through a wall and then go in the cupboard and get something to eat? Well praise God, that is what it says.
Luke 24:44-49
And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, This is what he is saying now. When we read the Word and fail to believe it. What is going to be our excuse? These are the words which I spake unto you, Before I was crucified, while I was yet with you. that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. And also concerning his Sons all the way through. This is where Paul got his revelation. There was not any New Testament then. There were several books of the Old Testament on a scroll, and that is where he got it, the whole message that Paul taught. Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things. And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.
When Jesus was resurrected from the dead, I do not think he had completely received the glory of the Father. He was a resurrected being. He supernaturally came out of the grave, but evidently there was a work yet, that no putrid horrible flesh could dare touch him, lest he be contaminated for some reason. That is my own theory of it when he said, “Touch me not, for I have not yet ascended unto my Father.” He had just come out of the grave but he had a work to complete.
II Thessalonians 1:4-12
So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches Paul speaking to the Thessalonians of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure: Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer: He said you will come in through much tribulation, so do not expect to slide in on a glory cloud. Amen. We suffer our way through this. He said ‘if you suffer with me you will reign with me’. This is a manifest token. It is made known that it is the righteous judgment of God that comes upon us to try us, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God for which ye also suffer. So if you suffer a little persecution, and you bawl and squall, because you hurt so bad, because you have done something you should not do, whatever, and God has laid his hand on that thing. He says that is what you are suffering for, for the kingdom of God, that you might be corrected. Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you; And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, Amen and when he is revealed, that is when it is going to happen. In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Oh, I thought he was the God of love all of the time. Do you hear what he said? In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day. Now Paul is not here, but this is still his testimony and we had better believe it. Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power: That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
I Thessalonians 4:11-18
And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you; That ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, The sinner that does not know God. and that ye may have lack of nothing. You see, he says I will supply everything for you if you walk uprightly. But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are dead or asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which are dead or sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. Or delay them. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: They will come up out of the ground, the dead. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, Now you have to know what he is saying here. You have to know the whole scriptures to understand what he is saying. You are not going to be caught up and taken out. He is not talking about clouds that are up here in the sky. He is talking about the glory of God. to meet the Lord in the air: How high can you go up and have air? You are still going to be in the air. You are not going off into some other planet. The cloud that he is speaking of here, when he said the glory cloud filled the temple, the glory. It is always a cloud, cloud, cloud, cloud. You have to know what you are saying.
Meet the Lord in the air is HERE.
Why do you think he put that word in here? Because he knew this doctrine would come forth that they are going to fly off somewhere where nobody knows where it is. That is false doctrine, false teaching. and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
I Thessalonians 5:1-5
But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. When these things are going to happen. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. Oh, I thought the whole world was going to see him. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; He is giving us signs now. then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. And that is all you hear, is peace, peace, peace, peace, peace. Amen and everybody is running for a hiding place, or searching for one and cannot find one, and all of the time God is the only hiding place there is. The Word says so. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. So we are not the children of darkness, we are the children of light, and they cannot sneak up on us if we know the Word of God, Amen, and know the Spirit.
Ephesians 5:5-17
For this ye know, that no whoremonger, That is somebody who is always out chasing everything that comes along: one who has intercourse with a whore. nor unclean person, nor covetous man, If you covet everything, then you are just in the same place as if you went out and slept with a whore. He does not make any difference. who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Now you can be forgiven if you have done these things. Praise God. I thank God for the blood that forgives us from all sin, all sin, all sin, Amen. There is not a sin that the blood does not cover. Praise God, isn’t it wonderful? If we ask for forgiveness, we are forgiven. Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. Because of the things that men do, and women. Be not ye therefore partakers with them. Now you are saved. Do not get tangled up in that kind of stuff. For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord. Or demonstrating to the Lord what is acceptable. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. But all things that are rebuked, that God rebukes, when the light comes, it manifests it. When we show them their error, then they see the light and the evil is brought to them in a light, that they can understand what they have done. Amen. Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, He says you are like you are dead. and Christ shall give thee light. See then that ye walk circumspectly, cautious, not in blindness not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. And if you think that this is not this day today… Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.
John 1:6-14
There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. John the Baptist. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, of Jesus that all men through him might believe. He was not that Light, John was not that light. but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, Speaking of Christ and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, Do you hear this? nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. He’s speaking of Christ. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
John 6:44-51
No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. Up from what? Out of our sin and our mess, Amen, into the glory of God. It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me. Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life. I am that bread of life. Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead. Do you hear what he is saying? He is saying I am life. They ate bread but they are dead. Well then what is he saying? He is the life, the eternal life. Amen. This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die. Do you get that? It is pretty plain isn’t it? Could you get it any plainer than that? How many times has he said it today? I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. That the curse would be completely done away with; that the last enemy to be destroyed is death. Now the scripture says that. Death is an enemy. And that is the last thing that is going to happen, when death is completely done away with.
John 6:58
This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever. Do you believe the Word? You know he is talking about life and death of the natural body in all of these scriptures. He is not talking about the resurrection and life eternally afterwards. He is talking about now, the present time, that we can receive this. Praise God.
If this people does not believe what they are hearing, there is no hope for us. We have heard the good word, the same as the children of Israel heard the word, but they did not believe it, and we can cast it off, but I am not going to cast it off. I am going to live, kids. Amen. I am going to believe the Word of God. I believe it. He spoke to me personally and said I would never see death. Amen, I mean it. We know we are in the last days, and that is when he said it would take place. I am going to hang onto it, because it is the truth of the Lord, Jesus Christ.
John 17:1-5
These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. The Lord showed me, as Jesus came out from the Father, so have we. Did you know that he says that we came out from him from before the foundation of the world? Before the foundation of the world, we were with the Father. We were called before the foundation of the world. Amen, and we were with him before the foundation. We are in his plan the same as Christ. Everything was foretold ahead, before him. Amen. As thou hast given him power Christ over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. Speaking of the Father. And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. I have glorified thee He is praying to the Father. I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. Did you know that that same glory that was in his first Son is reserved… well I better not get out too far or somebody is going to buck up to this one. Anyway, you know what I was about to say, Amen, we are promised that glory. Amen. We come out of the Father, too. He is the Father of glory. Well, if we were in him before the foundation of the world, praise God anyway.
John 17:9, 11
I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine. Who do we belong to? The Father. And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are. Now look, first he said that we would be kept in Jesus’ name, Amen, but he is talking about a different group here. He says, “Father, you keep them through your own name, those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one.” That is a special group. They are not just the saved, the redeemed of the earth, that will be the servants of the Lord in the kingdom. But
There are some that are going to be one with the Father,
doing exactly the same thing, exactly the same honor,
exactly the same power as the Father and the Son.
One.
You cannot separate them.
You cannot separate Jesus from the Father. They are one. And this was his prayer that he would have a people that would be one with him, Amen.
Colossians 3:1-3
If ye then be risen with Christ, Which we are when we were saved. We were baptized. We were risen up with him. If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. That means he has the authority of God on him. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. He does not mean that we are dead physically, but as far as the world is concerned, this group is dead to the things of the world, Amen, because the rest of the scriptures prove this here. Our life is hid with Christ in God. We are as though we were dead. Our life is hid with Christ in God.
Colossians 3:4-5
When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. And what did he tell me? “Because I live ye shall live also.” Now there is going to be an appearing. And when he appears, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; Kill this old stinking flesh. We won’t go any farther, because we’ll get right on back into another teaching.
He’s saying, ‘When Christ who is our life shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory’ with this glorified precious life, no more sin, never to be tempted, death gone, hallelujah, and to take the world for God. And we will have the power to do it. Praise God.
Do you want to still settle for just being forgiven for your sins? You can if you want to. I do not want to. I want to rule and reign with Jesus Christ.
It is a great truth. And I am living it. Praise God. I do not care what anybody says, I have made that statement many times, “I am eternal, Lord. You made me eternal.” I have no intention of dying, not that I care. What is death? One step. It does not mean anything to me if he would want to take me in death, but I am no good to him dead. Amen, we are no good to him dead lying out there rotting in the grave. What good are we to God out there? We are good for nothing. Our work is finished. Praise God, it is the live ones he is looking for.
We have been told enough today so that we know we do not have to die. There is no reason for dying. There is no reason for dying if we will walk the way God tells us to walk and eliminate sin, because remember, death came by sin. Sin was the cause of death. Get that embedded in your heart. When sin is gone, you are not going to die because the curse is gone. We have to live.
