Believe The 3rd Work
“He works by faith and not by feelings and not by seeing,
but by faith.”

This message was given by Rev. Rose M. Aluli
To the Church on January 25, 1981.
Words of Rose are Bolded
Believe the Third Work should awaken us to the hour that we are living in, to the shortness of time, and the call that has gone forth now in this last hour when the world is right in the place that God said it would be in Bible prophecy. God is ready to raise a people up that will go forth to do the things of God. And we must awaken to this.
We must let God do His perfect work: to recreate us into the likeness and the image of Jesus Christ.
(Two men are at the meeting. Rose speaks of the joy on one man’s face.)
This is worth every sacrifice that I have ever had in my life. This is worth every suffering that I have ever had to endure, being a Christian. Every time somebody has made fun of me and called me nuts and persecuted me for being a Christian, one look at his face (Rick Jamison) is all the reward that I need. Amen. And we know that there is a greater reward, but this is a reward. And when I look at each one of you, I know that it’s by the working of the miraculous mighty power of God that causes us to be like we are. And that is that perpetual grin I am telling you about. People will think you are nuts running around so happy you don’t know what to do with it. Anything you can say to express it, but because it is a well of river of life that flows up – it is Christ himself that flows up in your being – and you just don’t know what to do with it, so you just grin because of the joy. That is eternal joy that lives inside.
(Gene Blake comes in) Look at this young man’s face (Rick Jamison). We were just talking about people that have the joy of the Lord. They just call you crazy, that perpetual grin. You can’t help it because it is not us, but it is Christ like a river that flows up with that beautiful joy. And the joy of the Lord is on him this morning. He was obedient. He used to be in this satanic church. And one of the members of the satanic church came and smacked him one. Well, I guess he picked the man up and carried him home and dumped him on the church door. I praise God for the simple reason that even though sooner or later that probably won’t happen in just that way, but the thing is he was fighting for Christ and for what he had received and he wasn’t going to let anyone put him down. I praise God for that.
You can’t praise God too much. You can’t be too happy. He wants us to express ourselves. And he (Jesus) was anointed with the oil of gladness, so we know that he was happy too. I don’t think he was an old pickle puss. I really don’t. I think he was a very happy man, although it says he was a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief, but I don’t think he walked around in his sorry grief. I think he rejoiced or he wouldn’t have said when you fast don’t look like you are fasting. You go wash your face and make yourself appear as though you don’t. Amen. I praise God.
Praise the Lord. I don’t know if I ought to teach the message. It is burning on my heart, but if there is any ministry that wants to go forth. Joe, why don’t we pray – get the mind of the Lord so we’ll be in his perfect timing. Amen. (He does.)
(A vision was seen of a helicopter with only two blades instead of three.)
If you had three blades and one was broken, you would have to have faith, wouldn’t you, to believe that you are going to get home with that baby? I saw that very plain. I think we lack in faith; in fact I know we lack in faith, to believe. We have to believe.
The message that he had given me was: are we going to make it or are we going to sit?
Are we going on in and fulfill the promises
that God has made in his Word to us?
We have believed this far for salvation. We have believed again for the baptism of the Holy Ghost. We have believed again for some of the manifestations of the Spirit. Are we waiting for him to manifest himself again or are we going to take his Word and start believing?
You see, he has done great manifestations of the Spirit in front of us. But it is more than that. You see, it is the faith that will do the work. We have to step out in faith like he said. The Bible says that he that is without faith cannot please God. And he says the children of Israel failed to go on in because they lacked in faith. They didn’t believe God. And when the leprous man, (I believe it was, now I may have two stories conflicting but the understanding is the same.) – they were starving to death within the city, and they were besieged by enemies – and the lepers had said, “Oh, we might as well go on into the enemies camp. We are starving to death anyhow.” So they go on into the enemy’s camp, and God confused the enemy. Remember how they slew one another and ran and left everything they had? So the leprous men went into the city and – this is Scripture – they had eaten to their fill, and there were jewels and there was just everything they needed, all kinds of armor, everything that was of value. They said, “We don’t need all of this for ourselves. Look, back at the city they are starving to death.” So they go back to the city and here sits the king, I believe, sitting at the gate. And anyway, they came and told the man that there was plenty – the army. And he was a leprous man; he wasn’t supposed to even come close to the city. And he told about all of the wealth and all how the army had spread and left and everything. So anyway, the man said he didn’t believe it. He just didn’t believe it. But anyway, they sent out part of their army to find out and investigate and sure enough, it was true. And it says because the man did not believe, the old prophet of God said that he would die. He would never partake of this bounty that God had given them, because of unbelief. And sure enough when they came in – there was such a great press of the people when they come back in carrying all of this spoil of all that they had got – that he fell off and broke his neck and he was trampled. You see, it is just that unbelief again. We have to have faith. We have to believe the Word of God.
Now I had to believe the other night that this thing had to go (Legion of devils), because the Word of God says you shall cast out devils in my name. So I had to believe that. And it is the same for everything that we receive. We have to believe it. We have to know that God’s Word cannot lie. The Scriptures also say that he watches over his Word to perform it or to bring it to pass. What God wants is somebody that is going to believe him so he can do the work.
Because he works by faith and not by feelings
and not by seeing, but by faith.
And he says that faith is a substance of things not seen.
So we know that there is a real movement out here of the Spirit that is very real, but because we are human, and I want to get on to some of this in the teaching, the lesson this morning, that there are more, the Scriptures say, of the unseen or invisible than of the visible. There is more, or a greater realm, right out here in the spirit world, but because we are flesh and our eyes are blinded to spiritual things and to spirits, we don’t see them. But the Bible says there is more of the invisible than the visible. Now that is the Word of God. But it is hard for us to believe it because we are flesh and we see through the natural eye, the natural flesh eye.
First, I am going to say this about the kingdom of God. The kingdom of God is not houses and lands and food and drink. You remember? But it is Spirit. Now once we can establish that and believe it and know it, then we are going to have a better understanding. The kingdom of Satan is also spirit. But, you see, you can feel the Spirit of God. You can see it. He said it is like the wind, the trees blow. You don’t see the wind, but you see the effects of the wind, when the trees blow and it picks up a paper and rolls it across the field. You don’t see that force that is doing it, but you see the effects. It is the same with the Spirit. We don’t see what he does to actually change us. Now I didn’t visibly see Satan come out of him (Rick Jamison), but I see the effects of it. And I feel the effects of it when it happens. I know the Lord witnesses with my spirit that the work is done. And so it did. It was a witness of the Spirit in my spirit. And this is the Bible again, that says his Spirit will witness with our spirit. And our flesh and mind must come under complete control of our own spirit. Remember we are spirit, too.
We are three, body, soul or flesh – our inner being – and our spirit. Now the spirit that we have in us – everyone is born, the breath of life comes by the Spirit of God, the same as it did when God breathed life into Adam. And he became a living soul. So the spirit, our spirits are pure before God. Now, these are hard things to understand unless you walk in a spirit realm. But I think we are going to get where we can understand it. Our flesh and mind must come under complete control of our spirit through the one great Spirit, the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost, which, the Bible says: although they are three, which is a mystery, yet they are one in complete agreement. And we have to have our spirit, and we have to stay under the control of the Spirit, of the one great Spirit, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost, so that we can become that one spirit that is part of God’s Spirit that is within us after we accepted Christ, that it becomes in unison with the one great Spirit.
What did Jesus pray in the 17th chapter of John? That we might all be one: God the Father, God the Son and us. See? This was the one prayer that meant so much to me to know that Jesus prayed it. And any prayer that he ever prayed will come to pass, that we might all be one. He doesn’t chop God up in a bunch of pieces, you see? And Christ doesn’t have to come back and die again for every soul. He did the work one time for all, for the whole world, if they would accept it.
Now God gave me an order that most of us have had for some time, for this day, an order in the Spirit. He showed me just a few of the things that were spoken. We won’t read the whole order. Most of us have it. God’s Order for the Sons of God in the last days. And the Spirit came upon me. I won’t go into a long story, but for some of you that weren’t here, God moved on me in a very unusual way at home. And just as fast as I could write he gave me the order that he expects out of his sons of God in this day, and the heirs and the joint heirs with Christ.
So Order #2 was: We must have a breakthrough, now, we must have a breakthrough into the real overpowering power of the unlimited resources of God. We must have, if we are going on any farther than we are now, to just being believing Christians. If we are going on into the kingdom realm that God tells us about in the Word and expects. And some people will come into this kingdom, where we are heirs and joint heirs with Christ. And he said if you will suffer with me, you will reign with me and all of this and that. Well, what’s he talking about? There is a manifestation out here, a reigning with Christ. So we must have a breakthrough. Now, we haven’t come to that yet. We have had some marvelous breakthroughs, but we have not broken through into the real overpowering, that is a power that is so overpowering that we will take the kingdom out of Satan’s hands, which Christ died for and gave the keys to the Church, that we might bind Satan in the forces of sickness, the forces of disease, all things, and of sorrow and of wealth. All of these things were contained in what the Lord has died for. And into the unlimited resources of God.
You see, we haven’t touched the resources of God yet. You see, all we have to do is open your eyes, and all you can see is are a few little stars out there, but we don’t have any idea what the resources of God are. And he said that he would give his sons power and authority over all of these things. Now this could blow your mind. But for us that have been studying about what the Lord has been speaking, we know that it is real. It is very real. I wouldn’t teach it if I didn’t believe it with all of my heart, if I hadn’t completely searched the Word of God. Now I have been a Bible student for over 45 years and have studied much along this line, and I mean study. I study. And I am still studying. I still don’t know only that much, but I know enough to know that
God has another work to do in the earth
to bring in this kingdom of his,
Amen. But I mustn’t stay on this.
The 3rd one says: We must now learn to build back the manifestation of the Spirit in truth according to the Spirit. Now a lot of things that I have seen through the years, and still do at times, that we label to be the Spirit of God moving, sometimes it is not. Sometimes it is our own spirit. Sometimes it is motivated by the flesh or just can be many things. But we have to have that breakthrough to where the only time that we move is by the Spirit of God. Now this may be a little hard for some that haven’t followed long, but I am teaching mainly to you sons of God that have heard these messages and understand. And some of you will understand that have never heard it before.
Now #6 says: There is a manifestation of the flesh. And we know that. When we just do things after the flesh. There is a manifestation of the Spirit also where just the pure true Spirit of God moves. And he manifests himself through flesh. The flesh men must be under control of the Spirit if we are to accomplish what God wants us to accomplish to set people free. Because we can’t do it. We are flesh like anybody else. And unless we give ourselves to the Spirit for him to unleash his power through us. This is God’s plan. Jesus said, “It is finished.” He completed it. Now it is up to us. He said, “Even as I am in the world so are you.” You see? In other words, he went. He said: I was the light of the world, now ye are the lights of the world. That is what the Bible says. And he left it in man’s hands, more or less, with his help by his working through us by his Spirit. Now I don’t want to drag on here too long because we have got quite a bit.
Now #8 says: These flesh vessels must be emptied out and cleaned before the Spirit will manifest through us in this new order about to be revealed. Our own wills, our own plans, our own desires, all of these things must be emptied out.
Now there is a spirit of slumber that is trying to take over here, and this is one thing that we are going to have to resist. I am going to tell you why. This happened; this is a spirit that comes in. Joe, I want you to bind that spirit of slumber. (He does.)
You see the main theme of this message,
if there is a theme, is that we might awaken
to the hour that we are living in,
to the shortness of time,
and the call that has gone forth now in this last hour when the world is right in the place that God said it would be in Bible prophecy. And he is getting ready to really raise a people up that will go forth to do the things of God. And we must awaken to this.
Now in #9, now here is what God had promised. God has promised, according to his Word, unlimited power, didn’t he say? Jesus said, “All power is given to me in heaven and in earth.” And then he turns around and he gives the keys to the Church and he says, “Go forth and heal the sick, and raise the dead, and cast out devils.” All the things that he did, he told the Church to do. Well, we are hearing a lot of word but we are not seeing a whole lot done.
But look what he has promised. God has promised unlimited power to those who qualify and ready themselves in these last days to receive creative power, that you could create the same as God creates by the Word of God. You see, he doesn’t change. God doesn’t change. Now this is what he is demanding of a people, that we would receive it. We have to have this breakthrough into this, and we have to have faith to do these things. Creative power, unlimited discernment. Oh, I want to get onto that in a minute. It is really something when you see what God is going to – when he takes these veils off our face, amen, off our eyes. Unlimited knowledge, now that’s the promises of God. It is in the Book. Unlimited healing power, so we won’t have to be sick. To be translated, to be transported, now these are promises in here, transcending into the very power and presence of God himself. Jesus made that way through the veil. All limitations of flesh gone. This is the Word. Complete authority, now this is God’s promises. Can we get a hold of it? This is what some people are going to do. Now he has offered that to us if we can do it, if we can accept it and believe God. Complete authority over all sickness, disease, death, kingdoms, Satan, governments, cities, wickedness, and power over all flesh.
John 17:2
As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. You see, Jesus received all power from the Father and he said he would make us to rule and reign with him and we would be joint heirs with him – receive the same reward, receive the same authority, receive the same power as what he has. Now don’t think that is going to make you puffed up because there is only one way you can come into that, and that is becoming nothing and letting him become all.
And then in #12: this can only be achieved by a knowledge and a relationship with Christ by faith, and a knowledge of God’s Word, and faith to believe it. I don’t care how much you hear, if you don’t – a doctor can say to you, “Now if you take this medicine, you’ll get well.” You see? Well, just because you go visit the doctor and you take the medicine and set it on a shelf, you aren’t going to get well. It is the same thing. The Lord has given the antidote for every need of life right here in the Word, but if we don’t receive it and take it in faith and believe it, it will do nothing. It will set there.
In 17 it says: expect great things from God. Now this was God speaking to me that day. If you are obedient in all of your commitments, seek to know his will by his Word before you ask. He cannot fail. Then he said wait. And I waited. Then he said wait. And I waited some more. And then he said wait in peace, knowing that all things work together for good to them that are called according to his purpose. If we walk, not after the ways of flesh or the desires of our own mind, but if we walk after the Spirit. And that is in Romans, the Book of Romans. And that is just a little on this.
Now, you see, God allows – and this is nothing to you (Gene) because I faced death. You face death. And we are all going to face death if we, you know – but here is what God spoke to me several days – long before I had seen you the other day. God had given me part of this lesson. God allows death to those he cannot recreate. Now it is a re-creation, and death is a blessing. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a curse. If a man is suffering from something, or a woman, it is a blessing rather than to be so handicapped. Death is a blessing. And he lets that come to many that won’t believe his Word, that can’t believe his Word. Some just can’t believe his Word, and for those that he cannot recreate.
He wants to recreate us into the likeness and the image of Jesus Christ.
Is that what the Word says? Now you have heard it, haven’t you, many times? Into that likeness and into that image, to have a life where you will never die. Now there was a time when that couldn’t have happened, but these are the last days. Then we know that he said in the last days all of these things would happen, and death would be put away. All of these things will be done away with. He says a man will seek death and cannot find it because it has been destroyed – the curse of death, Amen.
God intended that every disciple should be manifested sons to the fulness of his Son, Jesus, and in his image. That is what he said. He made us in the image and likeness of God. He made Adam. He said, “Let us make man in our image and in our likeness,” God the Father and God the Son. And he made Adam. But then along comes Satan and he did his little thing and they fell, so we have all been born under the curse. Then Jesus comes along to lift the curse and dies that the curse might be lifted. And we still have been dying ever since.
But that curse was lifted when Christ died,
that we would not have to die.
The Bible says so. Now we are not going to stick onto this because we have accepted it. But I will show you about him in a little while, but there was some that has escaped him. Amen. Unbelief and we have not known how to get the curse out of man, that sinful nature out of man and woman, out of mankind. We haven’t learned that sin is the curse, their disobedience to God.
You see, the first thing when God made man and the curse came upon him, he has had a desire and he has worked on it ever since and he promised that there would be a people in the last days that would walk free of the curse, because he does not want to have that curse on his dear loved ones that he loves, his blessed creation. He does not want to see man die. He does not want to see man suffer. He does not want to see sickness and sorrow and grief and struggles, but we have brought that on ourselves, you see, mainly. We couldn’t help it. It is our ancestors. We’ve just created these in the fallen nature of man, instead of being those beautiful spirit beings that God intended us to be. You remember in the Garden of Eden how he came down and he walked with Adam in the garden, had fellowship – complete communion and fellowship with him. I imagine they would just link arm and arm and walk through the garden and talk about the beautiful things. And then what was happening? Satan was working all the time, underneath, and finally he got a hold of Eve, and Eve got a hold of Adam and that was the beginning of sin. It was sin because it was disobedience. All disobedience, the Bible says, is sin. So if we disobey the Word of God, then we still have that in us. But Christ has made the way now, for in this age, some are going to be set absolutely free from the curse of sin, because they are going to be subject to the Spirit and the laws of God, and that God cleaned us out.
Christ paid that price for us,
that the curse could be lifted for his creation.
Acts 1:1-5
The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach, Until the day in which he was taken up, Speaking of Jesus. after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen: To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion r death, after he had offered himself a sacrifice. by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, After he raised from the dead. and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God: Now salvation is great and he taught salvation, how his blood would forgive all sin, and so on and so forth, but he is talking about a kingdom here. And he is going to fulfill that kingdom. And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, You see, when God makes a promise, he keeps it. which, saith he, ye have heard of me. He says, I’ve told you about this promise the Father made. For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence. Now, I am just going to turn to another scripture here. I’m going to read it to you.
Matthew 3:11-12
John speaking here, John the Baptist. I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, Speaking of Christ. whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire. Now what is he talking about here? We are the wheat of the earth, he said. You see, and when the Holy Ghost comes, he comes as a consuming fire. It says God is a consuming fire. He comes and he sets up his throne right here, in the heart of man. And this Holy Ghost comes in. He comes and he said his fan is in his hand to burn, to make that fire burn a little hotter in us, to burn out all of these things that are unlike God. That is what the Holy Ghost is for, not to hurt us, but to purge us from all sin. That he might gather his wheat – which we are, his wheat – into the granary, we call it – it was a garner. But he will burn up the chaff; the things that are hay, wood and stubble that can be burned will be burned out of us, and we’ll become pure before God. That is what it is all about. Amen.
Luke 17:20-21
And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, The Pharisees would come up and torment him. They said, “I wonder when you are going to set up this kingdom? You claim to be the Son of God. Now when are you going to do all of this?” he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: You can’t see it. Amen. Thrones that he is speaking of are places in the Spirit, power in the Spirit. And they were looking for – they were under Roman rule in the land of Israel, the nation of Israel – were looking for some great king to come in like they had always looked for, to deliver them out of their natural bondage – in the which this will also be a deliverance for that realm, too. But they were looking just for a natural kingdom instead of a kingdom that would save them from all of their – you know what’s in man, what we’re made of – to get rid of all of that garbage. Jesus says, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. Are you reading that? Man, you can’t deny it. It is the Word of God. Can we? If we can’t believe this, then we can’t believe any part of the Scriptures, right? Let’s say that again. Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. Us. You and you and Gene and you, you see, all of us, that is where the kingdom of God is. You can’t see it. Man, you can sure feel it though can’t you, Rick? See, that is the kingdom of God working. Amen. Praise God.
Acts 1:6-10
When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? See, the disciples were the same way. They could not see beyond the natural man, into this great spirit kingdom that we can’t even see. He said, “Know ye not that you are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses?” Those that have gone on. Amen. I know it sounds spooky but it’s the Bible. There are kingdoms, there are thrones, there are powers. Where do you pray to God, where? Did we say he is in here? Isn’t this where his kingdom is? Isn’t this where he sits on the throne – in your heart? It is different, isn’t it, when you really get down and see what the Word of God says. When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? They expected a great warrior to deliver them from Roman rule and restore Israel. And we are the same now. We are not really looking to God for the kingdom. Are we really? Really, we say we are and we know there is no other hope outside of God, but did you know he is going to use people like Rick and Steve and Eric and Crotchety over here and all of us together. Amen. (I know your name is Lori, but that’s all right.) Praise God. You see he takes humans, and not only us, but all of Christendom out here. He will call them out of here for that special job, and that one and that one and that one. Then there will be many come from all parts of the earth. I am not dumb enough or stupid enough to think that it is just our little people. My, my. Amen. Amen. He is going to call them from all parts of the earth.
He said they will come from the East
and the West and the North and the South
and come and sit down in the kingdom
with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
Is that what he said? Amen.
But I must teach the Word of God because that is the only truth we have really, real truth. And he said unto them, It is not for you This is Jesus speaking. It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power. But he did say, in other places in the Scriptures, that we would watch for the signs, that we would know, that we would not need to be ignorant because he would reveal it to us by the Spirit. Now they were looking for a natural kingdom, and he was saying: hey boys, open your eyes.
I am talking about a spiritual kingdom,
the work I am going to do in man so he can really
set up a righteous kingdom in the earth
by removing all of this sin nature out of man
so that he doesn’t have to die, so that
he can rule and reign with Christ forever. Amen.
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. Do you know he had power to appear and disappear? Do you remember that he walked right through the door when the doors were locked and appeared to the disciples? What’s he talking about? (Unlimited power.) You see, they were in there just grieving themselves to death. Then he just appeared and said, “Thomas, put your finger in the hole in my hand and put your hand in my side and see where I was pierced. It’s me.” Oh, but he says – but not out loud; no record of it, but I can just imagine what he is saying in his mind – “Oh, we buried him. He’s a spook.” He said, “Look, I am not a spirit as you suppose.” So he must have been reading their thoughts, but he said, “Handle me and see. I am flesh and bone.” He said, “Does a spirit have flesh and bone?” Now is this the Word of God? Well, then what do you think we are going to be when we are going to be exactly like him, in his image and in his likeness, after this cursed sin is completely worked out of our bodies by the Spirit and by the fire of the Holy Ghost?
Flesh and bone, absolutely. There will be a change.
He says we shall not all sleep. Some shall be resurrected and some shall, you know, and we shall be caught up together in the Spirit again. We have got to know what these things mean. And we shall all be changed in the twinkling of an eye. He said we won’t all sleep. He called ‘dead’ ‘sleep’. But we will all be changed. We will have that glorious body likened unto his glorious body. Now we just studied in Corinthians and those books, you will know, absolutely, what he is saying, what the change will be. He didn’t say he was flesh and blood. Flesh and blood – now we have taught on that. We are not going to get into that. We live by blood now.
And another thing, when he went down to the seashore, when they got discouraged because he was dead. So they go down. Peter says, “I go fishing” – going back to his natural life, because Christ is killed; he didn’t set up his kingdom. Oh, what a sad state, no faith to believe the word that he had told them. He told them what was going to happen. So Peter says, “I go fishing”. The others said: we go also. So they go out and fish. Well anyway, we know how the Lord stood on the shore and he says, “Children, do you have any meat?” Or did you get any fish? Well anyway, we know how he told them to cast the net on the other side, and then how he cooked fish and bread and ate with them after he was resurrected from the dead. Isn’t this beautiful? This is Scripture.
(One asks why he says, “Don’t touch me for I am not yet sanctified.”)
Well, you see he had not returned unto the Father yet. I don’t think that he had the same body, it was after, you know, and the blood and everything. I don’t really know that anybody really knows what he meant when he said, “Don’t touch me.” He just appeared and said, “Because I have not ascended to my Father and your Father, and my God and your God.” I just think that there was something in the ceremony of God, the purity and everything, where he had to be absolutely pure, untainted by any flesh whatsoever. That is my own personal opinion. Because flesh is putrid no matter how you – he had to go back and he disappeared. He had to go back into the Spirit for all of this that he had to do. So it was something in the ceremony of God and the mystery of God that we don’t (understand), I don’t believe. I have heard many people talk about it, but it has never satisfied me in my heart to say that. There are some mysteries that God just doesn’t open the whole book to us. But I actually believe that he couldn’t let putrid flesh (touch him), which it is.
He says the flesh is an enemy of God. It always has been and will be, until God changes it. Because it deceives us. It’s a mockery. It will drive us to hell if we are not careful. Because the flesh mind will tell us – you’ll say you want to go to church, and you’ll say: ah no, I’ll go have a beer. I mean that is flesh, see. And we can either listen to it or not.
Anyway, I am going to have to keep going. My dear, my dear, I am not even started.
Anyway, he said a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Now, I imagine that blew their minds too, just suddenly to have two men appear. It says men, it didn’t say angels. You see, remember – the Lord keeps quickening things to me and I want to get to the message, but he isn’t going to let me, I guess, because he keeps showing me other things. You know when Jesus went up on the mount and there was Moses and Elijah, appeared to him – scared the disciples almost to death – and they were in flesh bodies. He opened their eyes so they could see Moses and they could see Elijah.
And he opened their eyes so they could see the two men, who they might have been. Who knows maybe it was one of the other prophets from old that appeared. Do you see? (And Jacob wrestled with an angel.) He cracked him one on the hip, didn’t he? And he carried it the rest of his life for his disobedience, and it says he broke his stubborn will and called him Israel instead of Jacob from then on, because Jacob meant ‘stubborn’ and Israel meant ‘peace’. So he changed his name even, after that wrestle with him. So you see now, these are definite proofs of what is right here. I don’t think they had come from seven billion miles or so to be with the Lord. They just appeared. Their eyes were open and they understood what is right here. You see God – well anyway, we won’t go into that.
Acts 1:11
Which also said, These two men. Ye men of Galilee, You see, they knew where they were from, didn’t they. It wasn’t unfamiliar to them. why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. Staring out into obscurity. Do you know where heaven is? You know what it says in the Bible, don’t you? The first heaven, the second heaven and the third heaven, and the heaven is in the air. Now you go up here – what is it – seven miles, and there is no more air. They are caught up here, and are right here. The Lord is telling us something, if we could just see it. But we won’t get on to that one, argue over that, because I don’t give a hoot. I know, I mean, what God has shown me.
I get excited about the Word of God. It is my life. It is the truth. It is my salvation. Amen.
Revelation 1:5-7
And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, He was the first one. Now there are going to be many, but he was the first begotten of the dead. and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, Christ. and washed us from our sins in his own blood, Now listen to this. And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. Behold, he cometh with clouds; Now we made a big study on clouds, remember? We found out that there are very few clouds ever mentioned in the Bible except when Elijah prayed and a cloud came the size of a man’s hand. Most clouds are called the glory cloud, the glory of God. Anyway, we want to establish in verse 7 what clouds are. We know there are clouds out here, but this isn’t what he is talking about. Clouds of witnesses and clouds of glory of God, amen. and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Now, this is what the Lord showed me. He says the whole earth. Now if he would appear somewhere, how would the whole earth see him? Now we know he is out here, because it says that disciples going forth doing signs and wonders and Jesus working with them daily, even though he was supposed to have gone with the Father.
All right, there will be an unveiling to our natural understanding of the spirit world. See, he says you look in a glass darkly now, beholding your face, darkly, the face of the Lord. This is one of the great mysteries that will come to pass according to what God says in many, many places. I never get one scripture and teach it that that’s it, because we have to see the full meaning as we take the whole Book and study on that subject. There is coming a great unveiling of our eyes to where we will look and we will see Isaac. We will look and we will see Abraham. We will look and we will talk to the Lord. There will be a complete unveiling of all of the mysteries of God to us, to our natural, to our eyes, not just in the Spirit. This is all a mystery by faith now. But Christ has died that this unveiling might come. Now he went through that veil, see. And he tore the veil in two that [the way] might be made for us, but in our natural sinful flesh as we are – bodies – we cannot at this time, he will not permit it at this time, for this to happen. But this is another thing that is coming, the unveiling of our understanding where we will have full knowledge, full understanding of all things that we are surrounded with.
Now I know that there are angels in this room, see. I know that. And sometimes he lets me really see some things, but that is a beginning, a little entry into the things. And you know how I saw the Lord going up over me that day and then how I was changed – my body was changed right in front of my eyes, scared me almost to death. But I say I have had some glorious experiences – not for me to boast in, because you can’t do it yourself; it has to be God – but that it might encourage and strengthen others not to give up hope, but that we might be strengthened to go on, to obtain these things. And the Lord wants us to obtain them. Amen.
All right, now according to the Scriptures, Jesus has already fulfilled his part in the kingdom and he has set it in motion. Because when he said that he had fulfilled all things and he had completed his work, he said he sat on the right hand of the Father. Now that doesn’t mean he is sitting on a chair somewhere. Amen. But it means that he has ceased from his work. He has ceased from his labor. He completed the thing. Now it is up to us, by his Spirit, to follow his Spirit, because he made the way through. He said: I have overcome the world and all the things of the world, and we can also. He has made the way that we might do that.
We quoted this the other night over him (Rick Jamison) when we saw God’s power move and deliver him. That was part of the kingdom work now. Only part of this is fulfilled now, but we are beginning to see into the kingdom. Only part of this scripture is fulfilled, that we are going to read.
Mark 16:15-18
And Jesus said, now this was just before he was taken up. And they had been asking him questions. And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; He says they shall – not maybe. You believe; it is going to happen. In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; Now that is the power, again, not that the tongue in itself is the power, but it is the Holy Ghost that speaks when he comes, amen, when he sets up his kingdom. They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. Now we don’t run around eating poison and tempt God by saying: now your Word says. If you do, you better go to a doctor first, amen. Because I know. The boys have heard me testify how I found those lovely berries that I liked, and I couldn’t wait for them to bloom every year, and I would go out there until the bloom would come, and then the berry to get ripe so I could eat them. And I would eat them by the handsful, and it was so good, and I just loved it. Carol knows this. And finally a farmer come over – that was on the island, and a farmer came over. And he said, “Oh man, you have a cow over here?” He said, “You’ve got deadly berries. If that cow would get and eat any of that, it would kill her dead.” I said, “You mean they are poison?” He said, “Well, you know they fight it with everything, but it got started over on the island.” Of course I didn’t know they were poison and I was eating it every year – deadly night shade. And I would just eat it by the handsful. And I never ate it again, because I thought, “Now I know.” But God had preserved me. If ye eat any deadly thing, you see, by mistake, so this is what he is talking about. And you know when the scorpion fastened himself on Paul’s hand and they expected him to fall dead, and instead of that he shook it off into the fire and went right on. And they tried to worship him as God because of the miracle, see.
Now this is part of the kingdom walk. And as I said, only part of this is fulfilled. The new kingdom spirit man will completely fulfill it to where nothing – he says there is nothing unclean, there is nothing unpure. To the pure – those that are completely pure – there will be nothing unpure. But it is the way we are made. Amen. God is going to change all of that. Amen.
I want to show you how this works when you start coming into the kingdom like Jesus was. He said now is the kingdom in the earth, right there with them, because the kingdom was in him, and they couldn’t see it. They said when are you going to set up the kingdom? The kingdom is now in the earth, you see, already in the earth, in other words, because he was a kingdom man.
John 13:1-3
Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew He knew. Now who told him? See? when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, Now somebody didn’t (tell him) – it had to be by the Spirit. He had come into that place in the kingdom where he was knowing all things. having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end. And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray him; Jesus knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he was come from God, and went to God; Now you see, he had reached that place in the earth – now this was in his natural body – he had reached that place where he knew all things. He knew the devil had entered in Judas Iscariot. He knew that it was his hour to be offered up as a sacrifice, and he also knew that the Father had given all things over into his hands. And he also knew that he came from God and went to God. Where do you think you come from? There is one Spirit. Like I say, it is not chopped up in many pieces. Every man that ever breathed in the earth, part of his life, he has put into every man a measure of faith by that Spirit. There is a portion of that man and woman that has come out of God, because he said, “Before I come out of the loins of Abraham, I knew you.” Do you see? It is all the way through. Amen.
John 13:20
Verily, verily, I say unto you, Jesus speaking. He that receiveth whomsoever I send receiveth me; Now there are a lot of people sent, but they may not be sent by Jesus, do you know what I mean? We can’t just believe everything we hear. We have to be wise. There are some who are actually sent in the world from the Lord for this message. He says, Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that receiveth whomsoever I send receiveth me; It is the same as if Jesus Christ himself – when the Lord ministers through someone by the Spirit – it is the same as if Jesus Christ himself is ministering. Now that is what the Book says. We don’t like to hear it, but it is what the Book says, and we have to receive it. and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me. The Father.
I want to increase our faith to see what we are coming into here, because Jesus says we are heirs and joint heirs.
We will inherit exactly the same as Jesus Christ
inherited, and he wasn’t talking about trees
and automobiles and all of that.
He is talking about the walk in the Spirit,
the true spirit of God, Amen. And all of these things
would be added unto us. Amen.
John 14:12-21
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. Man, isn’t that a strong statement? But you see, the greater works are coming when the flesh is changed from this putrid state and this putrid mind that wants to lead us away from God instead of to God. So we know that the greater works will come, than even that Jesus did, because he just sent forth a pattern showing us how to do it. So we must have faith in God and know who sends us. Amen. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. And here we stumble, we stutter, we do everything else but to believe God and just do it. Amen. We are always waiting for some better time or something. If ye love me, keep my commandments. We expect to do it. My dear, when the Lord tells us – you know if our next door neighbor tells us and we don’t have much confidence in him, then that would be a different story – but this is the Lord Jesus, the Son of the living God, amen, that is saying this. And Jesus said, And I will pray the Father, Now see how close communication he has with us. You can’t even think but what he knows it. He knows every thought that goes through your mind. He said, And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Which is the Holy Ghost. Even the Spirit of truth; Which he is. whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. Oh, isn’t that a promise! You sweet Holy Ghost. Amen. I know where he is. Amen. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Isn’t that precious? Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; See, the world can’t see him, and listen, we can’t see him except he reveal himself to us. But one of these days a veil is going to be taken away and we are going to see him, and we are going to communicate. Amen. Now we have blinders on. We are walking by faith. This is why we have to go through this first. This is why I say, increase our faith, Lord. Increase our faith, that we can come on in to where we don’t have to see like Jesus saw, sitting there at the table and knew who it was that was going to deny him – that it was going to be Judas, and knew that the devil had entered into him. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. And he said the Spirit will witness, amen, the Spirit will witness with our spirit that we are the children of God. And he sure does that, doesn’t he? Don’t you all get a witness, just oh my? You just love him so. You could almost scratch, you just love him so and yet you can’t just reach out and touch him. But we are going to just hug him and love him one of these days, because as I say, he is right out here. He is with us right here in the room, and yet we can’t see, but I can feel his presence. And I have had him even come up and put his arms around me, and I have laid my head on his breast when he said, “Lay your head on my breast,” when I was in such despair. And I laid my head and there was a breast there, and it scared me almost to death. He really had his shoulder there that I laid my head on and comforted, and wept like I was washed. Everything left – all of my despair, all of my sorrow. But he lets us have these experiences some times to increase our faith, because he knows our hearts are sincere and we really want to do his will. He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will Make known or manifest myself to him. Now look, you want some of these experiences? And I know many of you had some beautiful experiences. Now you don’t have to wait. You can have these great beautiful experiences. He says and I will love him, and will Make myself known or manifest myself to him. Amen.
John 14:23-26
Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: If we really love him, we are going to keep his words. and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode Set up housekeeping, in our hearts. Amen. with him. He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me. These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Now, this is a beautiful thing. We know that that is what the Holy Ghost is for, isn’t it? That is why he came in here. That is what Christ died for. He said except I leave, the Spirit cannot come, the Comforter cannot come. So when Jesus was buried and rose again and went back, then the Holy Ghost came.
John 14:28
Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
Ephesians 3:9-12
And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: I’d like to stay on that for about fifteen minutes, but do you understand what he is saying? Do you everybody? And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, What is this mystery that changes men’s lives, that makes them hate the world and love God? And (it is) something that you can’t even see. Like when you are sick, you can go buy a bottle of medicine and take it and it will make your physical well. But here is an antidote for sin that we can’t even see. It’s a mystery. It’s by faith. Amen. which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in Spiritual or heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold Or many ways. wisdom of God, According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him. That’s how you receive it, by boldness and by faith, and we can receive all of this wisdom, all of this understanding. We do not have to walk in darkness if we, in faith, will look unto him.
Ephesians 3:16-21
That he would grant you, according to the riches Not of our glory but of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit In our spirits. in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. Not just a little taste like we have, but that we might be filled with all of everything God is, everything God has, everything God ever expects to have, that
we might be filled with all knowledge, all understanding, all wisdom, everything.
Now this is God’s wish, see. This is his wish. Let me read 19 again. And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, See, your mind cannot even imagine the love that he has for us. It passes our knowledge, human knowledge. that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. Now you see, you don’t hear this preached very much, but it is the Scripture. Who is love? God is love. that ye might be filled with all of his fullness. all the fulness of God. In every area. He didn’t say, in certain areas I am going to give you my fullness, did he? But in every area, this is the plan for mankind – that he might restore a people back like Adam was in the beginning, even in greater. Because Adam just fellowshipped with him, but he wants a people that will have all of his fullness. Amen. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
See, we have it in us if we could have the faith
to believe, to receive, to clean our self,
to walk after the image and likeness of God.
This is the whole thing.
As long as there is any of that left in us,
then we are limiting God.
Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. See, you have got to take every word. He says man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Now I know the Bible says that the earth will be destroyed. But what did he say before the flood? He was going to destroy the earth. Didn’t he? He did. He covered it with water. Didn’t he? But when the water receded, the earth was still there, and Noah walked out on the green grass. Amen.
He said I have reserved the earth as to fire this time. We are going to have some fire around here one of these days. Amen. That is what the Bible says. Amen. And he says the heavens being on fire out here – this earth, the oxygen, all of this junk that is going to explode. That is what it says in Peter. Amen. And atomic warfare. Fire cleanses. That fire that works in us of the Holy Ghost cleanses us. The fire will cleanse the atmosphere and it will burn up all the pollution and junk and it will be clean again. So we have to know what he is saying. Now, if I would say, world without end – Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Now, that sounds like a contradiction, doesn’t it? When he says he is going to destroy the earth and everything else. Then he says he has made the earth to stand forever and forever and forever – in the Psalms, several places. So we have to know what he is talking about. But I don’t want to get stuck on that. Because there is too much proof on these things. It is in there, amen. I don’t have to try to persuade.
Hebrews 6:1-3
Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, Now this will blow your minds. let us go on unto perfection;
Now what do you think God calls perfection?
It is walking in the image and likeness of Jesus Christ,
the only perfect one, his Son.
And we cannot do it with our own selves. I don’t care how hard you try. This old mind and this old flesh – there is going to be something wrong. Amen. So he is talking about a spiritual walk to let this Holy Ghost burn all of this carnality, all of this junk out of us, and the changing by the Spirit in our bodies as we walk and commune with him. The Spirit will bring us into that perfection. Amen. let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance You see, I know – O Lord help me. I used to just – I don’t care if some little thought would go through my mind, I was so determined that I was going to just – when I was first saved, I’d lived such a wicked nasty stinking life, and I hated myself so bad, when I really came to the realization that somehow God loved me in spite of me, and that he had really forgiven me, I’d just nearly die. I just could hardly accept it, to think that he could really forgive me, a sinner like I was. And to know that he really loved me. That was another thing. It took me years to learn that, to really believe it. But I was constantly running to the altar, and I was doing everything in my power to live pure before God. Man, if even a thought would go through my mind, man, that would make me run to the altar, asking, begging God to forgive me, begging God to forgive me, begging God to forgive me. And it would seem like he would never hear me. I knew I wasn’t getting through. Well, that worried me. And all of the time he was saying, “Come on. Leave that area of repentance. Leave that.” not laying again the foundation of repentance See? from dead works, and of faith toward God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. We know these things are true. Now let’s go on. And this will we do, if God permit.
Hebrews 6:7-8
For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God: In other words, if you go plant a big garden and you water it and you take care of it, you expect some fruit off it, don’t you? Amen. And you are blessed if you can eat it. But that which beareth thorns and briers You pull up, and take them out and burn them. is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned. He just shows us the difference, all of the way. If you are going to say you are Godly, then act like you are Godly. Do Godly things. Don’t try to act like the world and then think you are going to come back and be religious. Because God says he will pull you up and take you out and burn you on the fire. Amen. Amen. That is our God. He is just.
Hebrews 6:11-12
And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
It is through faith, amen,
and patience – waiting on God to do the work.
So you say, “But I can’t overcome that. I’ve tried and I have tried and I have tried. I can’t overcome that sin. It hounds me to death.” He says, through faith and patience you will inherit the promises. Amen. He doesn’t do everything in one day because he knows we are but flesh and we are subject to this carnal flesh. Amen.
Hebrews 6:17-20
Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath: See, God when he makes a promise, he always confirms it with an oath of some sort. That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, That we might be comforted. who have fled for refuge We fled to God. to lay hold upon the hope set before us: And this is his hope, of this flesh being done away with, this natural flesh man, that we might walk, not after the carnal but after the ways of God, that we might have that power and deliverance to deliver those that are afflicted. Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil; See, that is our hope – that we might go past this carnal flesh, this veil, so that we might go on into that perfection, that beautiful place where nothing but the peace and the joy and the power of God is, that we might be a witness unto the world, that we might be a testimony unto the world, not that we want to be anything, but that he might become all in us, that he could minister with such freedom through these flesh bodies. See, so when you say, I come in the name of the Lord Jesus to help you. And it is not us but it is him as he ministers through (us). And how can we if we are full of carnality and full of envy and full of lying and hatred, how can we represent Christ? See, but this is the hope of the Lord, that we might come into that place of purity with him. Amen. Whither the forerunner Christ. is for us entered, He has already entered. even Jesus, Through the veil. He went through the veil. made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.
Now don’t go on in your Bibles because we are not going to get on this too much. But I must say something on the Melchisedec order, which is the promise from the Lord Jesus Christ that we have a perfect right to come into that order if we will do what he tells us to do. If we will walk in the way that he has made for us,
We have a perfect right to claim inheritance
with Melchisedec. Amen.
Now we are not going to study the history of Melchisedec here, because it would take too long, but for you that have heard and read some about him, you will understand some things.
Now in the first place, Melchisedec was made like unto the Son of God that had no beginning and no ending. Well, then what’s going to happen? What is going to have to happen? You see, you don’t kill a spirit. There is no way to kill a spirit. You can kill the body. You can kill the soul, but you cannot kill the spirit. So if you have the life of God in you, that had no beginning and no ending – are you getting ahold of it a little bit? This is why we can inherit all things with Christ if we do what he tells us to do.
Now personally, I don’t care whether I live or die, do you understand? I am going to come into eternal life regardless whether I live or whether I die, if I keep walking with God. But you see, the spirit that is in you, Laurie, and in me or anybody else, in Gene, and all of us, is made that it will never die. There is no way the spirit can be killed. The spirit is an eternal, eternal part of God, and God is forever. And when he ran into this Melchisedec order man, Jesus Christ, that had no beginning or no end – and he says that we are called to the order of Melchisedec. We are called to that order of Melchisedec, but man has never had the faith or the understanding or the revelation, whatever you want to call it, to see it. I have read many books on it. The Scripture says that we were with him from the beginning. Amen.
Hebrews 6:20-7:3
Whither the forerunner is for us entered, Into this order. even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. Now, he has already made the way for us. There is no other way we could come into it. For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, Which means peace. priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him; He’d been out on a great battle, and he’d had a terrible war, and he met Abraham when he came back from this war and blessed him. And Abraham paid his tithes to him. He says, To whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation King of righteousness, That is who he was. and after that also King of peace or Salem, which is, King of peace; Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually. And this is our spirits. Our spirits are eternal. Now you see, it is going to make a big difference where your spirits go. You can either go to be with God or your spirit can go to be with Satan.
The choice is ours while we have this little short span on the earth.
And the Lord has personally revealed through the revelation of his Spirit that we are living in the days when some will not die, that they will be spared death, because this is the fulfilling of this time. In other words, like Jesus possessed his spirit being, flesh and bone, not flesh and blood. Because now – you are a registered nurse, you know, and you back there, too, that handles blood all day long in the hospital, Dwight – you know that the life of man is in the blood, isn’t it? You spill his blood and he is a dead dog, isn’t he? Amen.
The life is in the blood. But, you see, there will be some creation changes in the body that they will be flesh and bone. But the Spirit will be the life of man, which is now only for sin. Sin is the curse that caused man to die in the first place. Adam was made a flesh and bone man. And then as you study the Scriptures, you will see that it was a process of time and his body took a change, and he became a flesh and blood man that he could die. He didn’t die right away. He lived for a long time. So the curse was in a process of reversing back to God’s original plan – you don’t think God gave up because Satan deceived Eve do you? Do you think he changed his mind, what his creation should be? Of course not.
We just happen to be living in the day when he is revealing these things, in the last days that he has revealed his mysteries. So he is revealing to us now that we are living in that time. And it is a process. We are coming back from that process of death to the process of life. Amen. That you will never do it through medicine which is great. Praise God for medicine and for all that they are doing, but the eternal life in the flesh will never be done with medicine. It will be done through the Spirit of Christ that made the way.
He said he had tasted death for all man
that they would not have to go this route, see. Amen.
Well, we must first be completely consumed by the will of God’s Spirit to where we fully trust him for everything and let this change come. The flesh being put to death, so to speak, not dying as we know death, but that the flesh would have no will of its own. But we live by the faith of the Son of God. Paul said – well you know those scriptures. I won’t even stop to quote them. But anyway, we know that when he said that when we were baptized, we were baptized unto his death, we were resurrected unto his life. Amen. So I don’t want to stay on this.
Hebrews 7:11-17
If therefore perfection Now he is talking about perfection, that we must be perfect even as your Father in heaven is perfect. Remember? You all know that scripture, don’t you? Because I don’t want to have to stop and look it up. Amen. If therefore perfection So he expects perfection. were by the Levitical priesthood, When they offered goats and stuff. (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron? Now, if you don’t understand the priesthood, this can be awful boring, but anyway, they picked men to be priests to offer the blood of animals to cover for sin. And he said: but if that could have taken away sin and if that could have brought perfection then why did Christ have to die? Because they were already forgiven for their sin through the blood of animals as the priests offered. For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law. For he of whom these things are spoken pertaineth to another tribe, of which no man gave attendance at the altar. That was the Gentile. For it is evident that our Lord sprang out of Juda; Which we are, after Judah. of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood. And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest, Christ when he came. See. Because the Melchisedec order was unto Abraham. Now there had to be another one just like him come – which was Christ – to offer for us. Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life. For he testifieth, Thou art a priest for ever This is what he said about Christ, the Father said about Christ. after the order of Melchisedec.
Hebrews 7:19-25
For the law made nothing perfect, Under the old law. It covered sin but it never made anybody perfect. Then why would he tell us that if he doesn’t intend on having a perfect people after the order of Jesus Christ? And we know that he is. He is planning it. For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; See, but it is not fulfilled. by the which we draw nigh unto God. If we have faith to believe. And inasmuch as not without an oath he was made priest: But by promise he was made a priest. (For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:) By so much was Jesus made a surety Or a guarantee. of a better testament.
That we could live
absolutely without the fear of death.
It says it is nothing but a bondage unto man, always has been and always will be, until God brings some deliverers forth. Amen. To where we understand the Word of God. By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament. Or a better covenant. And they truly were many priests, because they were not allowed to continue by reason of death: They couldn’t keep on being a high priest because they would get so old and they would die, see. But now he said now there is a better covenant. Can you see what he is saying? There is a better covenant. Amen. But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. And we are supposed to be heirs and joint heirs, inherit everything that Christ inherits. All of the authority, all of the law, all of the leadership, everything, the fullness of God. That is what he said. Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost Not just saved to get in by the skin of your teeth, but to cleanse us, to save us to the uttermost. that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
I just want to speak a little on verse 12 because it is so important.
Hebrews 7:12
For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law. It does not mean that you go wink at sin because he has put in a new covenant. It means that we have to be cleansed of it. But Christ made the way through suffering and obedience for us to be of the same mind as Christ, to do God’s perfect will.
Romans 11:7
What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election When Jesus said in Matthew 24: but for the elect’s sake he would spare flesh. He said it is going to be so bad in the last days that there would be no flesh spared. In other words, man would literally annihilate the whole world. But he said, but for the elect’s sake, Jesus said, I will come. See, for the elect’s sake. So now he is talking about the elect, the election, those elected people. What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; Israel, old Israel could not obtain it. but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded He says that we are spiritual Israel, those that have accepted Christ, and that we have obtained it if we will walk in it and study after it and seek after it, this blessed place in Christ.
Hebrews 8:1-13
Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: Or this is the consummation of the whole thing or the completeness of it. We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens; Amen. A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man. Amen. Man pitched that tabernacle out in the wilderness, but God has made this one, this tabernacle where he dwells, in our hearts. He is making this one. Amen. He is going to make it to God’s perfection, if we will just trust him. Amen. For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer. For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law: But he has to offer them by the Spirit. Amen. Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, This is what these priests do. It is a shadow-like. as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, Or the Father. that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount. But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, Than that of Moses. by how much also he is A go-between or the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises. For if that first covenant had been faultless, The offering of the blood and the sacrifices and the priests to minister. had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Then Christ would not have had to die. For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant Now this was way back under the law. God made this promise. with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: Which house Jesus came out of. Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant,
Now here is our danger.
If we don’t continue in the new covenant
and go on to learn the Word of God and to live
the way he expects us to live and to believe
the Word of God, neither will we come in,
because he makes no difference. He is no respecter of persons. Because they continued not in the covenant that God made with them that if they would do these things then that is what they would receive. and I regarded them not, saith the Lord. For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, Which is now. saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: See, the Holy Ghost living in us, in our hearts, in our spirits. It is written there. He brings things to remembrance. It is the Holy Ghost in us that makes us know what the will of God is. Amen. And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. Amen. For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more. He’s going to cleanse us. Amen. In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away. It is time. The new covenant is here. It has been here for almost two thousand years, and we are just beginning to see it, the new order that God has for the people of the earth.
Now chapter 9, we don’t have too much longer to go. And it is important that we hear the Word of God once in a while. Amen. Are you understanding any of this? Are you receiving? Are you being encouraged to go on, to follow God knowing that he hasn’t changed his mind?
He is still going to have that beautiful people.
Amen.
Hebrews 9:6-15
Now when these things were thus ordained, the priests went always into the first tabernacle, accomplishing the service of God. But into the second went the high priest alone once every year, not without blood, which he offered for himself, and for the errors of the people: Because of his own sin. So for his own life of sin, the priest would have to offer for himself before he could walk on into the second place, the holy of holies. Otherwise, if there was sin on him – he wore a band around him with a long sash, and if he died in there, no one could go in after him lest they would die – when they would go to the holy of holies. So they would pull him out by this sash. This is the order of the priesthood. But now Christ has broken that veil so we can go into the holy of holies. The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made Known or made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing: As long as the law was still there, they couldn’t come into this. Do you see what he is saying? Which was a figure for the time then present, It was a shadow that we might look at and say now look, that we might have a better understanding of what Christ has done. in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience; It could not make him perfect, no matter how much, how many times the priests went in, it would not make us perfect. Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal After the flesh. ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation. But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building; Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh: How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? You see, now we have hope. They didn’t have hope back there of what he is talking about now,
to have a people on the earth that will walk
the same as Christ walked, in perfect fellowship with God,
as Adam walked even in a greater measure.
And for this cause he is the mediator The go between. of the new testament, Life. that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions For our sins. that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
And this is the reason he died:
that we would not have to die
to receive eternal inheritance. Amen.
That is what he is saying. Although there is nothing wrong, if they don’t want to accept it, he will still take us on into it with him, as long as we walk whole.
Hebrews 9:23-28
It was therefore necessary that the patterns Now these are like the first tabernacle. It says they are types and shadows and patterns. It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these. For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, Like they made a tabernacle out of wood and all of that stuff, but he comes into this tabernacle of flesh – it is not made with hands. which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us: Christ lives in here, in the presence of God. Amen. Amen. For us. The way was made, otherwise the Holy Ghost could never have come into you Gary, or into me, and set up his kingdom in us, with Christ. Amen. Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others; For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. Now he calls this the end of the world, the end of the age. So we know that if he called it the end of the age, then he is certainly talking about now. Amen. It is not that I am so desirous to see this come because of the glory, or so on and so forth. It will come, but it’s that I want to help God fulfill his call. He’s been good enough to die for me – Christ. And I want to do all that I can to help him fulfill his word. That is why I teach so hard. That is why I study so hard. I want to know what the will of God is, for him. Amen. Amen. And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: Now this was under the law, Genesis 3:19. And if you read the rest of the Book, you will find out what he is saying. Under the law, it was appointed unto man once to die. But since Christ died, if God had opened our understanding, there would have been no need for man to die. Amen. And some of them got a hold of it, but we will [have] to come to that. So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto Complete salvation. It doesn’t mean being saved.
Hebrews 10:9-22
Then said he, Lo, Speaking of Jesus. I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, The old law. that he may establish the second. The new covenant. By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. He offered it up for us.And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: It will cover them. It covered them, so that God could look upon them and forgive them, but it could never take that carnal sin nature out of mankind. Because it was inbred, clear from Adam. See, and this is what he is talking about. But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for This sin nature. for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; Now when you realize that it is because of sin that the curse of death came. It was a curse. It was because of sin. Now, that sin nature when it is gone out – and only God can take it out – when that sin nature is completely gone, there is no more death. He says the last enemy, the Bible says, is going to be put under his feet is death, when there will not be such a thing as death. Amen. But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; In other words, he completed his business. From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool. Now it doesn’t mean the guy that disobeys God. The enemies of man was the curse of death – that all of his whole lifetime, it says he was in bondage looking for that day. Knowing that he just gets started in life – you tell me that isn’t a bondage on mankind – just get started in life and everything is going, and you just get things going the way you want it and it is time to die. You just get smart enough to know how to live and it is time to die. That is a bondage on mankind. God says he wants to deliver man from that. Amen. For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. Or cleansed. Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. Now did we read that in verse 9? Same thing almost, wasn’t it? Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. When they are all gone, when sin is all gone out of us, there is no more offering for sin. It is gone. Amen. See, if it is gone… Shall I read that again? Now where remission Where they are all gone. of these is, there is no more offering for sin. Now if the bucket is empty, it is empty. Amen. Then there is no more offering, see. Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, Christ, right into the throne of God. But don’t go in with sin on you because they will pull you out with a belt. Remember? You see, this is what happened to Phil (Behrendt) bless his heart. He tried to step into the holy of holies, amen, with sin on him. And God cut the ministry right smack off. Amen. That is what happened. And spared his life, thank God. And he made us to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, through his flesh; And having an high priest over the house of God; Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. This flesh body. Let Christ do the work. Amen.
Hebrews 10:35-39
Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. Don’t throw your confidence away, in God. Don’t give ground to Satan. Amen. Keep confident in what God has done for you. Amen. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. He says, But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.
Now, I had just a couple things written down here and I guess I will read just a few short scriptures here. But something that most all of us know, I am sure, but it might…
Now there is two thousand years – now we know that we are in the six thousandth, coming to the seven thousandth year, amen. There was two thousand years from Adam to Moses. And during that two thousand years, one man escaped death, Enoch. He had faith to believe. It said he walked perfect before God. And in that period of time, it says that he was not, for God took him. See, he went. Now way back there, he had faith to believe that he didn’t have to die just because his father, Adam – I mean the forefather, Adam – died. There was two thousand years from Moses to Christ. And there was another man that stepped out, Elijah. God told him he would not see death, and he didn’t see death. And then there is two thousand years from Christ to now, and a little over. You see, we are starting to walk into the kingdom realm, into the kingdom age. We are walking, if we will open our eyes and see what the Book of Revelation says where we are. Amen. But that is another teaching. We can’t go into that.
Christ came to establish and restore all things
from the beginning which the first Adam lost.
Not because I say so but because the Bible says so. Christ took sin and death away from us if we can receive it, if we will believe the Word. As he took the keys of the kingdom from Satan and gave them to the Church and the keys were death, hell and the grave.
I was so strong in the Spirit. And I said, “Are we going to fail after all we have heard, after the Word of God, after the death of Christ? Are we still going to fail him again? Are we going to fail God, this generation also going to fail God, not to go on in, as the rest have failed?” Even the children of Israel didn’t receive the promise because they didn’t believe. It says because of unbelief they could not inherit. Amen.
Jesus was sent to establish the kingdom, not just to save us. So they were saved under the blood. They were saved. He came that we might have life and that we might have it more abundantly.
Now there are just a few little short scriptures here.
Matthew 16:18-19
And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give unto thee Unto this Church that he is building, this Spirit church. the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Now this is Jesus saying this. I don’t care what you ask, if you ask in faith believing, and believe my Word and walk with me, whatsoever you bind must be bound in heaven, in the Spirit. Amen. If we bind something, it is bound. If you say that you want to loose something, then pray for it and agree, and it will be loosed.
We run around here like we are not heirs and joint heirs. We run around here like we are kooks. Why don’t we believe God? Man, if somebody would say to me – the president of the bank or any of these guys – and say, “Look, you can have the whole bank. You can have everything in there. Here is the key, just go in.” Jesus said I have given you the key. “Just go in and take anything you want. Strip it if you want to. I give you that. I give it to you.” My, we would think that was pretty great. And they would be a flesh man. And here the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God has made such a statement as this, And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: And heaven means here in the Spirit, anything in the Spirit. and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and as they will agree, and he is the final authority. and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed by God, amen, in the Spirit. Amen. I don’t know how you can get it any clearer than that.
Revelation 1:18-19
Jesus saying, I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. He has them. Amen. After he died, he went and took them, the Bible says. Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter; He is saying, now get ahold of this thing.
Revelation 21:2-7
And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, Amen. He tabernacles with us. He lives with us. and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. There is coming an end to all of this. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done. It is finished. It is complete. The work is done. All of this that he has talked about. Can’t we believe it and accept it, or are we going to be like the children of Israel, like I say, where they couldn’t cross over into the promised land? Amen. He says it is done. He finished the work. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life Not death. He just said about that, but life. Amen. freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
Revelation 21:27
And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing Into this city. that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life. And it doesn’t mean being saved. It means when we have come to that overcoming place where we have let the Spirit completely consume everything in us that is unlike God and bring us back into that change again, into that realm to where we live, amen, without facing death.
Revelation 22:3-7
And there shall be no more curse: And what was the curse again? Death. That was the curse that was put on Adam. there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: He’s in here to rule and reign when he gets complete rulership. We are like a servant. He is sitting in his throne, amen, and we will do everything he says. We will go anyplace he says. We will obey him in all things. We will have no desires to want to go out here and do things. Do you get what it is saying? And there shall be no more curse but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: Do you know how hard the world tries to find peace? Complete peace and comfort? They will never find it in the world. God made man’s heart to be satisfied with nothing but him. Right? And that is the only way you will ever be satisfied. You think, “Oh, if I get a new car. Oh, if I get a beautiful home. Oh, if I get the right man.” No, you wouldn’t be happy. You’d just scold him and tear him to pieces pretty soon, or else he would you. Because man was made only to serve God, and to only find perfect peace and happiness in God. There is no other way. God won’t allow you to be in complete peace outside of God. And you could have all of these things in the world, and if you don’t serve God with your whole heart and put him first, you are still going to be miserable. Is that the truth?
There is only peace in one place and that is in Jesus Christ. There is no other way. God won’t allow you to be happy the other way. Why do you think these millionaires jump off these skyscrapers, and one thing or another? You will only find peace as you are obedient to the blessed Lord that lives in you, the only place. There is no peace. He said peace I give unto you, peace I leave with you, not as the world giveth peace. Amen. Because the world can’t give you that peace. Amen. And they shall see his face; The blinders are going to be lifted. and his name shall be in their foreheads. And there shall be no Darkness. night there; No darkness in us. and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever. This people. And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done. Jesus says, Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book. Of this Book. Amen. Amen. I pray you have received something from this today. I have. Amen, because it is his Word. It is by his Word that we grow. And we must have the Word and the Spirit. But we can’t live by the Spirit alone. We have to have the Word.
And it is truth. Oh, if there is any way – could I wiggle my ears right or stand on my head or something to make people see the truth of God’s Word. We believe for salvation. We believe for the baptism of the Holy Ghost, but that is not all. That is just the products to get us started to go on into the kingdom of God.
(The vision of the helicopter – there were two propellers. We believe for salvation, and we believe for the Holy Ghost, but we don’t believe for the third one. And without the third one, it is not going to take you over.)
Amen. That is the interpretation. Amen. Praise God.
Jesus stood and cried saying, if any man thirst,
let him come unto me, and drink.
John 7:37
